交通方便，有班车到上环和港澳码头，酒店服务人员热情周到，酒店设施也不错，比较的满意，下次去香港岛还会- 住这里！

干干净净，客房宽敞， 酒店亮堂，现代化又不失体贴。 窗外错落有致的港岛视野很是迷人！

为何房间、洗手间的垃圾桶总是未套垃圾袋？ OK，卧房我可以尽量避免产生潮湿的垃圾… …但洗手间，OMG， 总会有些鼻涕纸、卸妆棉、卫生巾之类的东西需丢弃吧？ 为何我扔垃圾都自觉好大压力， 需要将垃圾适当包裹一层干燥的纸~先可抛却？@_@ Anyway，最终酒店清扫得还是绝对干净的！ 只是我扔垃圾时有小小心理障碍~``

酒店附近没有地铁站，但是酒店门口就有有轨电车通向市区繁华地段，虽然速度很慢，但也算是交通方便。

原想提前订房可价格便宜，所以一个月前就定了房间，想不到入住前几天看到网上价格比我便宜了很多，晕！

已是較舊的酒店，價錢比較貴，700元元比較合理

Location is good near to Sheung wan station and easy to take underground to town. And hotel provides a shuttle bus to another station, HK station.

The staff are all very helpful especially the one in charge at the concierge. The location of the hotel is great.

Nice Location nr. HK station and IFC mall on the Des Voex road. Need to be a bit pricing corret.

Pricing more. no massage facility. Require more interactive staff. Television old. Very less channels in telivision. Movie on demand should be allowed. Low bandwith internet in hotel for mail. Dance club required.

Room is big. Location is very local. Service is good , Hotel havs free bus to subway and citycenter.

Hotel is a little old. But still comfort. 20 mintues walking to nearest subway station .... too far.

The location is close to shopping areas. Airport shuttle bus stop is right across the road, tram and buses are accessible around the area. The staff were OK.

The carpet flooring inside the room was very dirty and stained. The shower is very small and old. The rest room in the lobby area was dirty.

Money on the credit card will be blocked immediately after booking, with a total amount more than in the hotel information. Unfriendly staff. First time in my practice. From the beginning, when the entrance to the hotel laden with things that no one bothered to hold the door, but security and doorman stood near the door. Staff at the reception would not or could not explain why the credit card was debited more money for living. The hotel refused to call us a taxi. Sent us to find a taxi ourselves with things. For all prices will automatically add 10% service charge, but absolutely those 10% do not deserve. Big disappointment. My recomendation is to avoid this hotel.
