Location is very near shopping district. We checked-in early and they were able to give us our room right away with free room upgrade.

Location was good for hung hom train station Free internet only available in the lobby, you have to pay for in-room internet. So everyone goes downstairs and sits in the lobby. They might as well give free room internet access and make the lobby area less congested

I chose the Ramada Kowloon for two reasons - its location and the very reasonable price. I was very pleased with both. The lobby was small but I didn't utilize the lobby except briefly for the free computers and wifi. The staff were outstanding, I thought - very helpful. The coffee shop served a nice breakfast and dinner buffet for a reasonable price.

Wifi access free at lobby level. could have been excellent if they offer free of cost at rooms than the price could be easily a matched to cheap Guest house and I am very sure you will have more customer if internet is offered free of cost. No wifi at room and break fast complimentary.

Free wi-fi in lobby. The staff The price. the hotel room was too old to be charging $150 a night. I thought fromthe outside of the hotel, & the lobby along with the staff, that it would be a much nicer room. Not to mention the ghetto scenery outside the hotel window.

I liked the taste ofhumor of concierge who told me not to be upset with not working toilet on the 17th floor because of lack of water pressure. It could be much worse if conditioning and tv went wrong altogether They know the problem with water pressure iciest on the upper floors but never say that. You get the room on 17th and next morning you try to change to a lower floor but of course there is no room available even if you see people leaving the hote. We moved to another hotel next door. Park hotel. Much better.

The only best part about the hotel is that it is centrally located and is the best place if you visit hongkong for shopping or meetings. nice location but very bad and crampy rooms. I didnt like the way they had done up the room.. the rooms especially the bathroom is very tight and not a luxurious offering.

Nothing, it was an awful experience, there is not even heater in the rooms and it's very cold during this month. They tried to put me in a twin bed room instead of a double, when I complain with the staff they moved me to a double but it was impossible to sleep due to the cold and they did not fix it until 1 am when they gave me a portable heater. the next day in order to make it up they moved me to a "luxury" room which had two single beds next to each other making it up as a double bed which you can not use as a double because the discomfort of the separation between the two beds.

For a family of 4 with 2 young kids the hotel location was convenient as there were plenty of eating cafes and shopping centers around. Price was also reasonable. Free wifi only available at lobby for 15mins.

The Price The Location The rooms were very very small, not very clean, few English tv channels, bed was hard, the electricity was pulsating - did weird things to my computer. This was really a two star hotel. There was not enough staff to handle the customers at the front desk.

Staff were helpful The hotel was not good value for money. Staff were very helpful and room facilities were okay, but room was small, dark not real window or daylight in the room, room was a double room but would have been too small for 2 people to move around in comftably.
