Ramada Hotel Kowloon  

Close to my business appointment location.

A bad shopping location and an unsafe location. Do not go shopping around the Ramada. The shops, especially the electronic ones, try to cheat you. When you buy something, pay only after the product has been shown and you are satisfied with it. If you pay earlier, they will say the product is out of stock and then they make you buy an inferior product. They do not return the payment. If you pay in cash, they try to get a second payment pretending that you never paid earlier. Also, try to buy from shops with products with marked prices. They tell you one price before you buy, and then ask a higher price when you are about to get the product.

Rooms too smal in size!! I paid almost 1100 hk $ yet breakfast was not included in room charge and it was disappointing!!

The hotel location close to shopping, dining and Kowloon park was excellent. All the things I came to see were achieved and attainable. Grade: "Excellent"

I was very disapointed with the accomodations with regards to value. What I had viewed and read about on the web page was not received once at the hotel. Total opposite of spacious to no space at all. The room was not as described on the internet web page advertisement. Unbelievably very small and cramped. No sapce at all, no dining table to even have a snack or read a book. It was walking space only in the room, to your bed or the toilet. Disappointing for the amount of money I had paid. Accomodations were requested for two people let alone not sufficient for one person. Felt trapped, I could not even check out and move to another hotel because "31 December 2011" on New Year's Eve there were no other hotel rooms available. Reservations were made in ample time based on the web page advertisement. Yet the hotel accomodations was a total lost. The next two days were spent trying to check into another hotel which to no avail were available. Grade: "Failed"

Good location

Internet service was too expensive especially since Wifi is available just about everywhere. Restaurant dinner hours too short.

The rooms are badly in need of a renovation, especially the bathroom which looks like it hasn't been updated since the 70's. In addition my 24" television had a ding in the screen. Also the hotel charges per hour for the internet, and you cannot buy a daily or flat rate.

The Price The Location

The rooms were very very small, not very clean, few English tv channels, bed was hard, the electricity was pulsating - did weird things to my computer. This was really a two star hotel. There was not enough staff to handle the customers at the front desk.

The location is excellent for transportation, museums and the bustling neighborhood outside.

It is expensive and the rooms are tiny. Internet was 350 hkd for 7 days or 120 hkd for one day.

Did not like anything.

This was my first time. A very poor service. Rooms were shaby. Water would not drain out from sink of wash basin. This was fixed. Not worth at the price I paid.

Room size, internet service, food & beverage service, exercise room, bathroon, etc., etc. In short, just about everything.
