very convienent since the bus stop to the airport was literally at the door. rooms are comfortable, it has a good view which is not always the case in hong kong its a little old needs renovations. the hot water wasnt working but they fixed it asap at 4am. i had to struggle with my big suitacases for awhile before the staff came to help me at the lobby. they usually dont open the door for you but its no a big problem for me personally |

Toplocation. Hotel is easy to reach from the airport by metro (stop at Kowloon), then take the airport bus K3 and stop at the Park Hotel at Cameron Road. Then walk 50m. north up the Chatham Road South and the hotel is at your left hand side. Ladies Market in the north to Victoria Harbour in the south can be easily done by foot. Hong Kong Museum is the next-door neighbour. Breakfast right beside the hotel or even more cheaper in one of the many foodshops between Mody Road and Cameron Road. Everyday clean sheets, new towels and cleaned bathroom. Room was very small and quite expensive. We paid an average of 90 euros/night for 10m2. But maybe this is common in Hong Kong. Bed is small (LxB:200x140) but because I'm not big (1.62m, boyfriend 1.85m) this was not an issue for us. Bed is quite hard. |

The speed of service was par excellent. The location was a 10-15 minute walk (since I was with kids) from the nearest MTR. I would have preferred to stay closer to Nathan Road in The Imperial as compared to Ramada. |

The location was excellent. Staff was pleasant to deal with. Tap was leaking a little but I did not call for repair. It was tolerable. Next door neighbours were loud. They were yelling at their kids. |

Staff that I met with were very, very helpful - Reception, concierge, Business Centre, Coffee shop - and great ambassadors for Hong Kong...best way to Stanley Market, best/nearest seafood restaurant, directions to various landmark places (like Star Ferry terminal, Peninsula Hotel, Nathan Road). Nothing was too much trouble for them...but it probably does take two to tango. The only minus to the hotel was the coffee shop/restaurant: compared with other hotels I have stayed at in Kowloon, this facility is pretty cramped and the evening I tried to eat there, the buffet was both tired-looking and restricted in its offerings - which is, again, unusual in Hong Kong where the cuisine is generally so inviting and generously diverse. Its eating space...(see above for comments) Having said that - and I was blocked from saying this in the above section - they do seem to run wine/food events which are very popular with the locals and which are extremely good value for money!!! Maybe I just hit an "off" night - which all places can (and are allowed to) have!!! I would emphasise that, again, the staff were excellent... |

Its proximity to shopping malls and other places of interest; also nearer to ferry station if you are taking that mode of transportation The room given to me and my husband was very small as compared to the model I saw in the internet and had to take stairs up to the last floor as the elevator was 1 floor away from the top floor. |

The hotel is close to mtr. It would be nicer if the house keeper stop knocking to ask if we need anything when we put the do not disturb sign on the door. There was only one check out counter, I waited in line for quite a long time for check out. |

I like the hotel's location, since it is close to many of the shops along Nathan Rd, as well as the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station. I didn't like the size of the room, corridors, and lifts. They were very small. |

However, even on the Deluxe room (#810) is still small and dark also to amenties kit in room look like low quality. Compare with few hotel I stay in HKG and with Ramada brand, I have to say that this stay is unsatisfy me. |

The internet is pretty cheap.. :) And so is the room price, location is fairly ok, except a brisk walk to the MTR. yes.. the lifts aren't that quick, and space or the lack of it is pretty much a big problem. |
