I was dissapointed with deluxe room standard which was hardly the same as superior, I was in very cold room and only airconditioner worked, no heating. |

Very clean and modern building. Service and staffs were well trained. Too noise due to the loading port next to it. No window or rain protection on hallway, it was open and felt unsafe while walking thru the hallway. Unlike other 4 star hotels, they only provided 2 bath towels and 2 tooth brush, nothing else. |

The staff were very helpful. Regular minibus connections to nearest MTR station from outside hotel were good, as otherwise it's a bit remote. Swimming pool and breakfast not included in room rate. Room was quite small. Location, not in Kowloon as described, but on Tsing-Yi, so further away. |

Inexpensive, however it was not living up to all the services described on Booking.com web (see below). Two different public buses shuttled to the closest MTR (underground stations) from early morning to 11 PM which was very appreciated. Public shops and restaurants was available in the Rambler Crest complex The pool was not free. Admittance was offered to a cost of 50 HK dollar per person per half day. No common facilities such as lobby was available. |

I like this hotel because it's really really cheap in Hong Kong standard. Also, it's right across my parents' place and it is really handy to stay there while we are visiting. The connection from MTR station to hotel is excellent, and if you are not familiar with the HK-public transportation system, it's affordable to just take a taxi to nearby station for the first few days until you get used to the green mini-bus =) |

Reception and the lifts look nice. It is too far from center. Outside look nice but the rooms are too simple. Also room smell smoke terribly. The noise of the factories around make not sleep well. |

Great rooms: super clean and modern, well-designed, kind of like a mini 5-star hotel for the price of a youth hostel. Far from the center of town, and too many Chinese tourists flooding the hotel lobby in tour groups. |

NOTHING!!!!!...like an hourly hotel. I don't know why other countries visitors mentioned that ok and gave the rating so high of this hotel!!!! The staffs are totally not helpful with poor attitude. I remember the duty Manager said "you pay cheaper, then the service is like that. Our walk-in client or normal price can use all their facilitate". Is it fair??????? I am hk citizen, and want to have a holiday with my gf. People said booking.com could find a lower price but good quality hotel. I found Ramber Garden Hotel in booking.com. This hotel mentioned it has a good view and provides guests with a unique 200-meter outdoor pool and an indoor clubhouse for relaxation. But sorry, it is totally wrong, those facililates not for booking.com, you need to pay extra-free for it. In addition, the traffic is super inconvenience. Even I am a Hong Kong Citizen, I still take 1 hr to find the hotel. The room is super small, wall is dirty, slipper is a super thin paper. Totally the feeling likes a hourly hotel in Mongkok. It is ridiculous how come a good outlook hotel is like that. |
