Good, helpful, friendly staff! very clean and convenient and can get it touch with staff anytime you want using the phone in the room. free phone calls to local areas was very helpful and the hotel had call cards for international calls! :) the transportation to any area of hong kong is very easily achievable, minibuses (very cheap) go to the MTR station every 2-3 mintues, was excellent. The stay was perfect for my visit trip. The swimming pool is not complementary with your stay. You have to pay $20 everytime you use it. It would be easire if the use of the pool was allowed free with the stay. |

The room was very clean. The room was tiny/shoe box size with minimum space for storage of clothes etc. and was not aired before our stay so had a dry smell. As far as having a pool, this is shared with residents of the complex and closes at 5.00 p.m. something that is not noted in the information. If you know HK well, then the hotel is OK and about 20 mins to the centre. However, if you are not familiar with HK this is not a good option. Finally, there is only Wi-fi access in the reception, so you need your own computer. |

Although the hotel itself is not centrally located, connecting buses and underground trains are conveniently close by. The web-site mentioned a shttle bus service, but in fact no such service is available. |

It's just outside the urban city and quite easy to get to the metro station. The area is clean, quiet and less polluted. The hotel has got sea views and the ceiling is very high. |

The hotel staff, including reservation and reception, were helpful, polite and professional. The bathroom was very nice with modern facilities. The room was quite small, only 180 sq ft. The television could be upgraded, it did not provide good quality pictures. |

The Rambler Garden Hotel is conveniently located and offers a good price for value-seeking customers. The room is clean and offers a nice view of Hong Kong. I just wish it will one day offer free Internet access in every room. Would be much better if Internet is provided free of charge in each room. Currently, it is only available free in the lobby. At any given time, you can see half a dozen guests or more sitting there using their notebook computers. It doesn't look good, and it's not convenient. |

Friendly staff, nicely decorated room, comfortable beds, close to the airport, not too expensive, happy to look after bags, no hidden extras in the cost No breakfast supplied in the hotel, slight smell of dirty water / drains from the shower, nice to have wifi in all rooms rather than lobby, loads of people using internet in lobby looked unprofessional when arriving. |

Very big hotel, has a bus very close which you can catch for $2.8 each to the tsing YI station where there is a shoppingg centre They were very unorganised, we requested a double bed and got 2 singles, the keys for the room didnt work and took very long to try and fix it and eventually let us swop rooms which was quite annoying!! Breakfast is at the hotel next door which you have to pay for |

The cost and location are really good for a visitor to travel around the surrounding cities. When booking the room, there was a mention saying that the hotel has Wifi, finally if I need to use it, I must go down to the lobby floor. |

It's pretty convenience for a visitor to shop and travel around the city. It's quite bad of catching a lift in a certain time of the day. |

clean and convenient location. the doors are noisy when closed, making a loud "bang". The guests are noisy, yelling and screaming in the common hallway up to 11 pm at night. I woke up several times by their noise. The hotel seems to have no control over their rude behaviour. The elevators are all jammed up and over-crowded. |
