I wanted to b out of the city and I was out of the city. It was comfortable n near to my customer's office and I got to experience a more suburb HK. Was at a high floor so generally it was quiet and e view was good. Close to Ngong ping and airport. Counter staff was unfriendly during check in and I had to lay my foot down to keep her in check. Subsequent staffs were helpful but not warm. It was the concierge staffs that offered the most help.

* Since we are on a tight budget, this hotel is just right. *even if it is very far from the shopping district it is close to Disneyland, Ngong Ping, and the Airport. *going to the Disneyland, is 2 MTR stations, Sunny Bay and then the Disneyland Resort line. *going to Ngong Ping is to two MTR station, Sunny Bay then Tung Chung. *going to the airport is a 30 minute bus ride. just walk from the hotel to the main road about 5 minutes, then wait for bus A31 at the bus stop. 18.9 hkd is the fare going to the airport. *there's the Rambler Plaza at Level 1 where there are a lot of convenience store, 7 Eleven, Park and Shop, then the Cafe de Coral Restaurant. it's more cheaper to buy water and noodles at Park and Shop than 7 Eleven. * going to Tsing yi MTR is 3.2 hkd fare using the 88F minibus at the back of the hotel. *best views were at the 30th floor where the Business rooms are located. and being on the Business floor, we have free 24 hr wifi service, may be since the business room is more pricey than the standard room. *free wifi service at the lobby. *At the time we went there are so many mainland China guests that they are crowding the elevators of the hotel, the lobby and 7 Eleven shops. *no complimentary water at the hotel. the watsons water on the hotel costs 20hkd, while it's only 6 hkd at 7 Eleven. *no free shuttle service to the nearest MTR.

Shuttle bus provided for customers to travel between tsim sha tsui or Tsing yi and hotel is good. The water is not hot enough for a relaxing bath. And you just need to complete with people from mainland china rushing into the lift for a place. You may also suffer from the noise like door slamming at midnight.

Awful hotel, except a fact I lived on the 30th level and view was a bit impressive. Rooms are small and poor organised for this price, no drinking water, neather in a fridge nor at housekeepers. A housekeeper came, filled with water a tea pot from a tap, boiled it and ivite us to drink it. The question about cold drinking water was ignored. No internet at all. Looks like it is a huge hostel than a regular hotel for a reasobable price as it was presented

Being close to Hongkong's international airport Having fast food and basic shopping facilities in Rambler plaza where the hotel is located Room and bathroom larger than most hotels in Hongkong Reception with poor English No lobby at the entrance Wifi is at the the entrance floor only, there is no wifi in rooms. Crowded entrance & elevators - so lower flowers in case you need to rush.

I am very suprise that this hotel difine a 4 star hotel, I think this max. a 2 star hotel. Because of no services and very dirty of the room. I have only booked 1 day High grade Double/ Twins Bed room on 13 Oct 2012. One staff of hotel call me on this morning and explain they can not reserve high grade room and upgrade me to deluxe room. Of course, I have accept this arrangement. Howvever, when I arrived the room, I feel that is a hostel more than hotel. I have double checked that is deluxe room. Ok! fine... No Problem! I just want to have a relax week end with my girl friend. So, I take bath then want to have a cup of coffee. When I ready to take a cup and mix with the coffee mate. Oh No! I don't want to drink now because of the spoon is very dirty! What the FXXK! THis really a 4 Star Hotel?! Beside that, I want Booking.com to verify that is 4 Star Hotel or not. Because I see this is only 3 Star hotel at another website.

The swimming pool looks great, but you can only use it after getting a "coupon" from the front desk. Was told that the hotel customers could only visit the pool only once a day either in the morning or afternoon. The staff were pretty helpful and friendly. The ponds / water features in the sky garden were drained of all the water. Did not see the gym. There was no safe in the room. The cleaning staff tends to forget to replace the hand towels, etc. The door of the cupboard was slightly damaged and pasted with masking tape.

The staff is very helpful and polite. The hotel is close to Disneyland, which is why we chose The Rambler Garden Hotel. This was our second stay there and wouldn't hesitate to stay there if we travel again to Hong Kong. The only setback for us was the elevators. 4 elevators servicing 30 floors makes getting to the lobby or your room difficult at times. The elevators seem to run slow. Some guests get impatient and push their way on even when the elevator is full.

Nice view, I love the swimming pool, a small shopping mall just right at downstairs, provides most of your need We had a problem with the ice-throwing air-con, but the were technicians to fix it right a way; The tv is not big as a modern hotel There are no leisure area within the hotel (apart from the garden which was closed due to the rain), you have to walk for about 3mins to get to the gym and swimming pool in the resort area. It took another 3mins to walk from the entrance o the resort to the entrance of the swimming pool.

Excellent for a layover between flights. Take a31 bus to the hotel from the airport; only costs hkd$17.50. Stops right at the door. So convenient. No hassle. Staff is good and manage the influx of mainland traveller well. Go for it

Hotel is near to the airport i.e. around 200 HKD by taxi from airport. It is very easy to reach. Rooms are very small. Will feel like as if you are given bathroom stay in. Because bathroom are like just capable to bear your footsteps. But the service is also not as good as it is there in four star category hotels.
