The staff was excellent. They are very polite and spoke very good English. This was very important because I speak little Chines. The rooms were very clean. Very convenient from the airport. Able to walk because they are attached. Good service. One night no hot water but this happens. |

Extremely convenient for the airport. Had everything we needed for a night in transit in Hong Kong. Slight feeling of 'DisneyLand' in the common parts. |

The main reason for choosing this hotel was it's convenience as we had an early flight - very easy access to the airport terminal and the train into Hong Kong. The hotel is modern with good facilities including double glazing (under the flight path at times). We were also upgraded to the executive floor. Nothing really we weren't there long enough. It was perfect for what we needed. |

I was impressed that I could have a massage directly after my arrival at 9.30pm. Service was excellent, although the price was a bit steep. I especially enjoyed a dip in the pool and being able to read in the sunshine by the pool. Very nice. I love to use the pool but the dripping 'waterfall' at the door from the women's changing area is irritating; especially if I have clothes on over my swimming costume and if I am carrying books and reading material. |

the bedroom and bathroom area was very clean. I requested non-smoking room and i was grateful that the room did not smell of cigarette smoke. the staff was friendly and prompt with special requests. i enjoyed my stay and i will most likely stay at the regal on my next trip to hong kong. |

Even though our room had a great view of the runway and terminal, it was super quiet. We walked indoors from the hotel into the terminal for our flight the next day. |

The hotel was immediately adjacent to the airport and I was able to check in quickly and get to my room, which is what is wanted after a long flight. |
