The direct access to the terminal, free shuttle service to the mall Citygate, great panoramic view over the run away (take offs/landings). Extremely dirty in the bath room (the sink!).

Room was clean and comfortable, Hotel convenient to airport, which is why I booked it, due to long flight layover. Very overpriced, stingy with amenities. (2 small coffee pods before charges) even though my stay was prepaid and they stated it was, I was charged the amount of the room on my card again along with $134.31 for "incidentals". The extra room charge has yet to be removed and hotel is in Hong Kong and I'm in the us.

We did not have to leave the airport, the hotel was great, the staff excellent and overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It made our trip all the more enjoyable to be able to overnight in luxury

It looked like the sheet on the single bed had not been changed, as we noticed disgusting yellow stains on the sheet. Unfortunately, we only noticed it after we pulled back the quilt, the next morning.

Staff were very freindly and helpful and the rooms were very clean and luxurious. Facilities including the SPA were amazing. They helped us with a late check in as we have a baby. Also it is just a short walk to the Airport terminal. The rooms were a bit thin. Very long but thin. When we had our roomservice meal delivered you could hardly get the trolley past your bed. This was the only fault.
