The size and cleanliness of the room; real coffee is now provided. The bed was comfortable. The ability to reach the hotel from the airport and find one's bags on the trolley at checkout. The readiness of the staff to admit and try to rectify mistakes. We ate at the Cafe and it was not a good experience; the airconditioning set up cold draughts; the floor was bumpy and the carpet secured with tape. My soup contained a stalk which had nothing to do with the contents; a bayleaf was left in the bolognaise sauce; my friend's burger was not only not medium cooked (as requested - she did not say 'medium rare' but 'medium') but actually raw in places and so was uneatable. Most disappointing for this quality of hotel and the prices of the food. |

Use of the in-room internet was ridiculously expensive, as was the mediocre breakfast buffet. Several things in our room were in poor repair, and only a single bath towel was provided, ddespite the fact that the reservation was for 3 people. |

Staff were very friendly and helpful. It was very relaxing and efficient. Were were only in HK a short time - so this was important. The location is perfect. When I stayed previously I found it expensive but it was better value for money this time. The Japanese restaurant was excellent. |

Handy, helpful staff, good quality. I had problems with the lift - it didn;t seem to recognise my room card and so I went up and down rather a lot! |

I stayed there some years ago and remember it was rather drab. I liked the new look of my room - the light wood; the new-style TV; the comfortable bed and covers; the quiet. I haven't seen any guest reviews. The bathroom was a bit small but it was clean and adequate |

Excellent location in walking distance from the airport. Really spacious rooms! Staff OK, but not so nice as I usually see on hotels in Hong Kong. |

Courteous staff guided me to different areas. For instance, doorman walked me to elevator and explained that check-in was on the second floor. Front desk personnel guided me to the walkway for the airport. For native language speakers, these issues may seem clear, but as a stranger in a strange land, so-to-speak, I very much appreciated their efforts to ease these parts of my travels. Also, the soundproofing is impressive- despite being next to one of the worlds busiest airports, I can honestly say that I did not hear a single plane, despite watching them outside my window. |
