Courteous staff guided me to different areas. For instance, doorman walked me to elevator and explained that check-in was on the second floor. Front desk personnel guided me to the walkway for the airport. For native language speakers, these issues may seem clear, but as a stranger in a strange land, so-to-speak, I very much appreciated their efforts to ease these parts of my travels. Also, the soundproofing is impressive- despite being next to one of the worlds busiest airports, I can honestly say that I did not hear a single plane, despite watching them outside my window. |

I enjoyed my stay at the Regal, it is very convenient for those travellers who have a short stay in Hongkong, we arrived at aroung 3pm and had a flight out at 9.50am so it suited, they also have courtesy buss to citygate shopping center which left every 15mins so you don't feel as if you have missed out in HongKong shopping, staff were attentive, I would reccomend this hotel and would stay there again if on a short stay. |

Just what we wanted, right at the airport. It was very comfortable for a stop over a little far out from everywhere for an extended stay. |

The location was the best thing about this hotel, followed by the number/variety of restaurants. Rooms were a bit tired but as we were only there for a 1 night stopover it didn't matter |

The Breakfast included with room price was very good. The servers were good also. It was clean. We requested the handicapped room. Those features okay. However, the room lighting controls very poor idea. Could not control individual lights...poor , lazy design. Also room rate too expensive. |

The meeting I was scheduled to attend in Hong Kong was cancelled which was my misfortune in one sense but my good fortune was having booked the Regal! The staff was genuinely freindly and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. I would not hesitate to stay there again and will recommend the hotel to all of my colleagues! |

The proximity to the airport is a great advantage after, and before, long flights. The train journey into hk is very straightforward and quick. |

The hotel is easily accessable from Hong Kong International Airport with a short walk through covered and airconditioned walkways. No need to take any shuttle bus. The initial room temperature was too cold due to over-airconditioning. Since the windows can not open, it took a few hours to warm it up. The hotel offers no atmosphere. |

Proximity to the airport terminal. Well-appointed rooms.Friendly and efficient staff at Concierge Desk, Reception, Restaurant and Housekeeping. On our second night, the restaurant was extremely busy with many customers, presumably from nearby Tung Chung, and we had to wait for an hour for our order to be filled. We were, however, given a 20% discount on the meal on account of this. |

We found this a great place to stay for early morning flight. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a club room and enjoyed the facilities. We were able to walk to the big cinema in Terminal 1 and watch a movie and there were plenty of restaurants and shops as well. Very convienient place to stay. |

Convenient location, almost inside the airport itself. This makes a lot of difference after a long haul flight. Prices a little on the steep side, which, is understandable, given the lack of any competing hotels in close proximity. Room was exceptionally large for HK standards. |

Proximity to Hong Kong International Airport. Actually a tunnel connects to the airport terminal. Nice hotel, comfortable but basic room for a 5 star category! Nice gym, spa facility. Very pricey for the services and the comfort of the room. I have stayed in many other airport hotels but this is the most expensive I have been to. |

Ideal stopover if travelling to or from Australia / New Zealand from Europe. I booked in at 7am. The room was ready, plenty of choice for eating and drinking at the various on site restaurants. Flight information available in the lobby and on TV in room. Helpful staff, free shuttle bus to shopping centre and a very comfortable room |
