walking distance to the airport free wifi available in the lobby only, not in the room. No hot water in the shower of my room.Door lock needed repair, so we waited so long for somebody to fix it.

The room was quite, clean and in good condition. The hotel is within 5-minute walk from the airport. There was not enough not water supply in busy hours (early morning and late evening).

Right next to the airport and excellent public transport to other parts of Hong Kong. Friendly staff. Excellent buffet breakfast. I ate at the Japanese restaurant in the hotel. The food was good but the service was extremely slow. It took an hour and a half to get 2 dishes and one was incorrect. Would never eat there again.

Position, variety of restaurants, courtesy of the staff Wifi must be payed for every single device you need to connect from the room otherwise you could use the 1 hour's free lobby connection. Italian translation of connection gives wrong indications

It is better than I expected. Especially no noise even it is just located by HK airport. We ordered the dinner from the Shanghai restaurant in this hotel. The green vegetable became white cabbage, the wonton has no skin, the soup has no water.......

The room was very nice, white colors and very modern. The hotel has a lot of ammenities for the traveler that is just making a stop over only at the hotel to catch another flght or flight crews due to its perfect location inside the airport. Wifi not included in the price of the room (its not an a cheap hotel) nor the breakfast. They charge for everything.

The hotel is adjacent to the airport and is very useful for early morning departures or late evening arrivals. We arrived very early in the morning and the hotel would not make a room available until the 2pm check-in time. We would have hoped that an SMS message could have been sent to us to avoid our having to waste an entire morning whilst we were waiting for a room to become available. After leaving, we discovered that the hotel had charged us for our accommodation although we had paid in advance through booking.com. Several hundreds of dollars are involved and the matter is currently in the hands of the hotel's accounts section.

Services there are quite good while hotel crews were friendly and responsive to your requests. Hardware seemed hardly satisfactory. Decoration inside the room looked like it's quite old. Due to business reason, I moved to Marriott nearby the next day, where both the software were just as fantastic while the room looked much more newly renovated. Still a fantastic experience to stay in Regal though. Would recommend to others if they get the chance to stop by around in future.

Nothing! Request for baby cot was not delivered! Barely any service! Check out only 1 staff at work - this is an airport hotel not a city hotel thus when people are checking out they are in a hurry to catch a flight. Seems hotel think it's a leisure hotel! The wait to check out was a pressure wait when you are watching the clock by the minute!
