From airport it is a short walk through the terminal to the hotel. The entrance is near Starbucks at the end of the terminal so not necessary to organise transport with hotel.
Can hear noise in next room, mini bar was locked so had to find a cleaner to open
Location, facilities like spa, pool, lots options for dining
Strange 'hotel perfume' smell in the entry to the lobby..
everything if really good there, food is good and staff is excellent, room is comfortable - love the hotel
little slow check in process, not terrible but little slow
Proximity to the airport Lovely gentleman at the information desk who has helped me with my queries Sauna and steam room Lobby Decor
Check in was ridiculously prolonged and took about 10 minutes for every room! Had to queue for 45 min in check in line where only couple of people were ahead of me and few receptionists serving. That is unacceptable in an airport hotel serving guests for short stays who dream of taking a bath and falling asleep after long haul flights. Poor value for money given the price vs standard The hotel is huge and I am sure it was not fully booked when I stayed, but (probably for staff, not guests, convenience) guests were placed in consecutive rooms. Sadly, walls seem to be made out of paper and despite the fact I have asked for quiet and sound proof room, I was woken up by fellow guests next door at 6am and noises continued for 2h. I have heard everything that was happening in their room including urinating(!). Not acceptable for any hotel, especially the one claiming 5* etc and charging very high price per night. I had another 18h to my another long haul flight and was exhausted when I got there. Needless to say the reason why I have chosed this hotel was a chance to have as long as possible relax and sleep between my flights. Sadly I have paid to get tired and sleep couple of hours less than I needed to. I feel disappointed.
Good for transit passengers. Easy access for check in. Just walk nearby. Nice and comfortable room.
Rate very high. Internest connection has to pay extra charge. Staffs and people around the place are not friendly. Smiling face is not shown. Asked questions with just simple answer with no further explanation.
Ease of finding when gettin to Hongkong off a late flight. Very well signposted
nothing to dislike
1) staffs were very slow to process check-ins. There was a long queue. 2) Bathtub looks dirty and not well mantained. 3) more like a 3 star hotel.
Convenience. Being a lone female I needed somewhere I could get to easily without to much travel. This hotel is perfect for this. Also I was given my room 2 hours earlier than expected which meant I had an extra, much needed, 2 hours sleep. Thank you!
Optimal location for overnight in HK
No coffee maker for my room.
What a bad idea - charge the card with full sum of stay plus deposit then again charge of sum of stay! First charge is "kind of deposit" and the money are locked. Second charge (instead of taking the first charge from card) is sum of stay itself. Now i have TWO sum of stay locked on my card plus deposit still not unlocked. Very very bad! P.S. deposit is not 10% but fixed to 500 HK$
We arrived early in the morning and got our room immediately after having breakfast in theExecutive Lounge. We liked the confort of being in the upper floor without noise around us and the Executive Lounge which gave us a private feeling.
No free wifi
comfortable and clean room
No free wifi in the room and room rate per night is pricey.
Location for in transit passengers is excellent. Pool area and Lobby very nice.
We stayed twice here in transit on the way to vacation and in transit on way home. Both times had rooms which were a bit outdated. Second time bathroom sink was full of mould and had to call for a new set of clean bath.
Convenience is the key. The excellent facilities is a plus.
location and facilities
Very close to the airport - you even should not go out . The check in - procedure - very rapid and efficient. The room was very big. Practically no noise from the airplanes. The check-out procedure is very rapid as well . The hotel is a nice option for one night stay.
I occupied room 0417. It was impossible to switch off the light over the mini-bar in the room without switching off the conditioner. Water in the bath went out very slowly, I have found a piece of metal from a stepler on a carpet . The hotel is a bit expansive.
Good location for short stay before going to other city. Easy access to the heart and most other parts of Hong Kong by public transportations. Room is very comfortable and roomy according to the size in most Asia cities. It is very clean and the staffs are friendly too.
This is the most convenient option for a layover in HKG, since the hotel options are not great if you have to spend a night (or a day) at the airport. You can literally walk to the Regal using a pathway from the terminal, there is no need to take a shuttle or anything like that, so this is as good as it can get. Room was surprisingly nice for an airport hotel, amenities are good and it is comfortable/
Biggest complain is definitely the wifi. You get 30 MINUTES of free wifi in the LOBBY! If you need more time or wifi in the room, you have to pay. What a joke... The room door is also really thin as you can hear everything in the corridors. Make sure you ask for a "quiet room", which are far away from the elevators.
there is no free wifi available in the room there is no free movies channel such as HBO, Cinemax, Fox movie or Star movie on TV there is no qiblah direction in the room (for muslim prayer)
location very good for air transit HK.
in-room facility aged and not in good condition - hard to maintain in good due to long years, i guess.
The length of time to check in
Helpful staff. good transport options
metro line not yet ready
