only 30 Min free Wifi in the public / lobby area.
Everything, but the lack of wifi
No free wifi
The short walk through a corridor to the hotel; train and bus connections close by; access to terminal food outlets if you do not want to eat at the hotel restaurants.
Quite a delay checking in but additional staff did come eventually.
Airport view , quiet , clean , comfy , the perks of 5 star hotel is there. Complimentary items to enhance my stay
Quite costly but alright for 5 star and the hotel Near to airport is good for transit but bad for me going to central Requested for early check in but earliest was told 12noon till i request again become 10am but saw many others went in at 9am plus
Convenient for early flight the next day
Service is ok, room really not the best,! Above all too costly
The location of the hotel is excellent. It's very convenient to go straight there from the airport via the walkways. The rooms are comfortable. The Regal seems to be one of those hotels specifically designed for people who are transiting during trips. It was lovely to stay there for one night, and it would be suitable for a couple of days at most. After that, I think it would be a little too expensive to keep staying there. You're paying for the convenience of being right next to the airport.
The restaurants tended to be rather expensive. I disliked the fact that the wifi was not included in the room rate.
Location when going on with international flight. Comfortable facilities.
I had requested an early registration off my flight. I did not get a reply to my request when booking two months earlier and on arrival (6.30am)was told I could not. After an assertive discussion thankfully I only had to wait 1 1/2 hours.
Convenient and decent enough for a night before catching a flight
The bathroom and it's facilities seem less new and modern
Location as it close to HKIA. Convenient to get from and to the airport
No wifi even though the price per night is not cheap. Wifi is now a given in all hotels
A good place for transfer at airport. Save your money and time for taxi or bus to city. You can leave your luggage at counter for free for 7 days, which is ideal for us, because we had a 6-day holiday to Taiwan and we could leave large luggage at hotel.
Only 30 mins free wifi at lobby. You need to pay for wifi and cable Internet in room. For a 5-star hotel, this is way behind the world.
It will be better that have free wifi in the room.
Located very close to the airport - you don't even need to go outside to reach it. Very clean, good beds
We spent around 30 minutes doing check in. As it was in 1 a.m. and we were just after 20 hours trip - it was unexpected and disappointing
Excellent location Very comfortable bed
Expensive but still have to pay for wifi Only 3 towels for 4 people
not free WIFI
Plenty of good choices
Spa and fitness are good, bed truly excellent
Room was chilly and could not heat up
We are family with 3 young children and stopped over in hong Kong on our way home from Paris to Melbourne. The location and standard of hotel was perfect.
next to airport, especially easy to walk from airport to hotel. even it is raining outside, the walkway is fully covered. so you don't get wet! Great for travellers need to transit plane to other destination without going in the city.
The staff is helpful, but the I think they were understaffed when I was checking in, there was a line, but only two ppl working at that time. I saw bunch of management ppl just sit in the office doing nothing but chit-chating away.. instead of helping customer check in or check out. The bathroom smell funny couldn't tell what it was. there wasn't a shower curtain in the bathtub, only floor mounted glass, so after shower, the water was everywhere on the floor! the hallway on the hotel room floor was really really dark, I was concerned about security.
Great airport hotel China east coast grill , a really good restaurant
Nothing all good
Supply of coffee anr milk in a room must everyday not only once.
When I explained at check in my requirements reception offered an upgrade to be able to use the Club Lounge and have free wi fi and a very late checkout of 4 pm to suit my next travel day. This did cost more but it was worth it.
Arrive at 10:30 but have to wait until 14:00 to get access to room; very old; no free wifi; noisy; not value for money.
Close to airport
Not free wifi . Poor kids fercilities
100HKD for 8 hours, 130HKD for 24 hours. Free wifi only for 30mins at the Hall, wait for another 12 hours when expired...
