夜間到着であったがスムーズにチェックインできた

特にないがもう少し手ごろ感があればよい

空港直結が良い

予約時以外に１０％のサービス料がかかる。子供の追加ベッド代が分かりにくい。

夜中に空港に到着し、そのまま歩いてチェックイン可能。夜中到着便ではとても有効。

Even though our room had a great view of the runway and terminal, it was super quiet. We walked indoors from the hotel into the terminal for our flight the next day.

I liked the position and the greeting I recieved when I arrived

The attention was excellent and the breakfast was top rate. A pity we did not stay longer

I only stayed overnight while waiting for a connecting flight, do found the hotel room quite nice.

The hotel was immediately adjacent to the airport and I was able to check in quickly and get to my room, which is what is wanted after a long flight.

The breakfast was not great, and I was not informed that I would be placed on the Club floor with a free breakfast available there

It is super convenient to HK Airport, has a 24 hour gym and very good restaurants.

The bed is so so, the room is above average but not better than that and I find that the actual rooms are not nearly as good as the overall facility.

the staff are so polite, i feel so comfortable staying there.

location was excellent for short stay

poor communication, 2nd room upgraded for free but we were given the wrong room number for the purpose of the club lounge benefits causing a lot of embarassment and inconvenience
