Närheten ti flygplatsen. bekvämligheten, frukosten På ett sådant topp hotel måste personalen vara både service inriktad och ödmjuk. persoalen var perfekt enligt regelboken men inte 100 % i attityd. |

the bedroom and bathroom area was very clean. I requested non-smoking room and i was grateful that the room did not smell of cigarette smoke. the staff was friendly and prompt with special requests. i enjoyed my stay and i will most likely stay at the regal on my next trip to hong kong. |

Even though our room had a great view of the runway and terminal, it was super quiet. We walked indoors from the hotel into the terminal for our flight the next day. |

The hotel was immediately adjacent to the airport and I was able to check in quickly and get to my room, which is what is wanted after a long flight. |

It is super convenient to HK Airport, has a 24 hour gym and very good restaurants. The bed is so so, the room is above average but not better than that and I find that the actual rooms are not nearly as good as the overall facility. |

The prime advantage is the location. It was quiet. Value for money is fine. Check in could be a little speedier. The staff were courteous but there was always a line. |

Arrived at 07:30 and room available---excellent.30% discount on hotel food purchases if on Club level---excellent. Club lounge well stocked and comfortable. Super easy access to the airport. |

location was excellent for short stay poor communication, 2nd room upgraded for free but we were given the wrong room number for the purpose of the club lounge benefits causing a lot of embarassment and inconvenience |

As I travel a lot to Europe and North America and have family living in HK it is the ideal international transit hotel. Highlights are the walk from the hotel terminal, the gym, breakfast on the Regal Club Floor and a fast train service to the city. |

We enjoyed the excellent facilities our restaurant was very good the rooms were great. Nothing but I wanted to book your hotel in Bangkok next month and was sad it was still not open |
