Very efficient service when checking in and out. Very friendly and helpful staff. The portable electric kettle for boiling water couldn't switch off automatically. |

Brand new hotel. Spacious room, Very quiet despite a central location. Very confortable bed, desk enough wide to allow good working space and very fast free internet access. Numerous and easy of access electrical plugs, Good breakfast but nothing tremenduous. Quick check in and check out. Micro wave in the room. Efficient housekeeping services. Unfortunately, only a shower. Need to close the curtain for privcy from out and from the bedroom itself. |

Hotel is very nice, new, good design, location is perfect. No pool in it, but we could use the pool in another Regal hotel for free. Its just 7 min by tram fron it. The big problem was renovation on some of the floors. It was just terrible! It started from 9 in the morning. So it was impossible to sleep, to talk to each other. Even on weekends... Noise was crazy!!!! Like its halicopter in ur room! It was impossible to stay in the room during this time from 9 am to 7 pm!!! So if u like to sleep well and not going to wake up at 9 evety morning never go to this hotel. Only when it will be finished. The city is really small but stuff doesnt know anything about it! Just like they never go out from the hotel. Any time we asked how to get to some place they act like they see the map of the city at first time... After 4 or 5 days in hk I could make a trainings for them. Breakfast wasnt good enough... |

Rooms were well equipped and modern Hotel was completing renovation work during the hours of 10am till 7pm. We had no prior knowledge of this and were disturbed throughout the day by unacceptable drilling and works. Not good. |

The room is in good size. It's new and clean. The design is good and I got upgraded to larger room. It has sink and microwave. The only thing I don't like is that it doesn't have shuttle to airport and there is no lobby in the hotel. The breakfast is very simple without any choice. |

Excellent breakfast. Staff were helpful and efficient. Room was spacious Rock hard beds. Bathroom and toilet were a bit too 'open plan' for my liking. (Sliding glass door that doesn't actually seal off the room) |

Spacious and clean rooms, good internet connection which is free. Excellent location for public transport - the tram line is right outside the hotel and the underground MRT station is a hundred metres away. The breakfast was not good. |

Love the Room white clean and have microwave fantastic.... definitely will come back... I like the welcome come coffee n tea n biscuits at the lobby area.. the longest check in process ever in my life (more than 30 min) plus 30min guest before us.. they didn't prepare the room according to request and lack of staff at reception...the breakfast is not good... terrible croissant and should have more choices of eggs instead of boiled egg everyday... the reception staff not friendly... |

The staff are friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is convenient. The hotel room is clean and comfortable. Decoration of hotel room is modern and nice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Regal iClub and we will definitely stay at the same hotel again in our future visit to HK. The toilet flush in our room (801) did not flush properly. |

The hotel is very clean and it feels more like a service apartment because of the building itself. I believe it rennovated the office space and transform it into a hotel with an urban feel. Although the space is small, but it is well utilized for single traveller. Overall, the experience is enjoyable. There is not much selection for the breakfast. The front desk needs to be bigger for their staffs. It seems more like a reception of the building instead of hotel. |

Considering the room rate, I was pleasantly surprised that the quality of the room, furniture and fitments, location of the hotel, provision of wifi inside the bedroom and inclusion of continental breakfast had all been provided. That was a very good deal! I understand that the room rates might go up to as high as $hk1,600 per night for periods when there were significant fairs going on in the Exhibition Centre nearby.Such a price would have been very high in Hong Kong. I hope that my information is not reliable! |

The hotel has a good location, very close to the center. Hotel staff were very nice, and I was even able to borrow an adaptor from the front desk (my international adaptor did not match there). The hotel room was very good, spacious (I know hotel rooms in the far east could be sometimes very small), with a great bathroom and huge shower. |

The Regal iClub Hotel is conveniently located in Wan Chai - it's in 4 minutes walking time to Wan Chai subway station, and there is a tram stop next to the hotel. The breakfast menu is very limited - no vegetables, no meat / fish delicacies, no thermally treated food (except for boiled eggs). |
