Its proximity to the conference centre in Hong Kong. The hotel had a ridiculously small area for dining and very little choice. The breakfast experience was not good at all. Immediately the hotel should look to sacrifice two rooms and build a bigger breakfast area and offer a better choice.

No need to write so much, nice Hotel staff is friendly and always help you to resolve anything, check-in wonderful, I just spent least than 10 minutes and all the arrangement are terrific, location is nice and easy to get taxi and even easy to get electric train to Causewaybay for shopping but need to wait a bit, mtr is not far, and a lot of restaurant around he Hotel. Next time to hk I'm sure wll choose you again, and also my wife and my litle boy said "Nice Hotel".

I found the hotel excellent value for money. The room was clean comfortable and with free wifi I cannot complain. If you need a clean value for money hotel close to Causeway Bay, you could do worse than stay here.... Breakfast, although basic was included... No real complaints.. I usually stay at the Excelsior in Causeway Bay, although the Excelsior has more facilities, I prefer the rooms at the Regal iClub...

Great room. We went for the business room which is defiantly worth the extra as the room was a great size. Breakfast was extremely limited.

This is my third stay there. The location is great! The front desk staff are helpful and polite. The breakfast is really simple for a 4 star hotel.

This hotel is ideally located in the centre of the Wan Chai area. Very good public transportation facilities to take you all over town. - Breakfast was very poor. Selection very limited and items were not replenished. Too limited seating for such a large hotel, We had to stand for 10 minutes before a table came available. - Hotel staff was not very efficient and made mistakes. We had the reception book an island tour. Despite providing them with the exact brochure of the tour that we wanted to book they managed to book the wrong tour which we only found out when the tour started. - Hotel was very noisy. There is hardly any sound isolation and sounds in the hallways can be clearly heard in the rooms.

We were upgraded to ibusiness for free at once at the arrival. I don't even know what the room we initially booked looks like, but the one we got was perfect. We loved that style when all the room is in white colour and glass elements. Probably, the only inconvenience would be that wc and shower cabin have glass doors and are separeted from the main room with a curtain) But we travelled as a family so it didn't affect us much. There is a big tv, free coffee/tea facilities, free WIFi, a fridge. Actually the room is a studio flat. No noise. Linen and towels were perfectly clean. Very good location, close both to business and shopping areas. A lot of eating places around. We had room 1504. I do recommend I understood why everyone on booking.com complained about breakfast in the hotel) it's really very poor and the lounge room whee it's served is extremely small and always packed. But we took those cookies and coffee with us and had a breakfast in our room. Just one should bear in mind to buy yourself some food for the breakfast and have it in the room. There is even a microwave there so breakfast is not a problem, I would say

Modern, clean, sleek, high quality. Staff can be a bit curt. A minority of staff speak very poor English. English is the universal language.

The location is xtremely good.. Adjacent is the Tramstop, mtr is only a couple of minutes walk plus the neart of Wanchai is about 5 minutes walk. For this reason I have stayed at the iregal many times.. That and the fact it has contempory rooms fitted out in white with chrome accessories. I like this hotel in general. Whilst the hotel has many plus points there are some downsides.. The breakfast area on the 5th floor is way too small.. In fact, its ridiculous but actually its best not to go at all because the continental breakfast is not worth getting up for... Better go elsewhere if you want a decent start to the day. Also, there are scarce toiletories etc in the rooms.. Always seems a bit mean considering the price you pay.

good free internet wifi connection. good location since it was close to all parts of the city. The room looked nice and modern on the pictures but in reality, it was not refurbished since long time. Cleaniness average and no facility at all (breakfest room with only 5 tables !) Let say that it could be a good deal for 60 to 80 Euro / day, but at moore than 100, it was clearly not a good value for money,,,

Staff are helpfull. I wish there were more choices for the breakfast. To my surprise the breakfast was just 3 types of pastries with coffee machine. I think this is too little compared to the hotel price.

Very nicely designed rooms with all the amenities you need for a city trip. The only thing missing was a fitness area. A larger breakfast area would have been good as well.

A poor offering. Too much glass and chrome in the rooms making them very harsh. No comfortable seating anywhere. Small beds and tiny bathrooms. Only two elevators for so may floors. Breakfast disgusting. Recommend to people you don´t like.

“The hotel has a perfect location. Majority of the rooms are facing the harbor and has a great view of Tsim Shat Siu. Metro statin is in 5 min walking distance. Tram is also in 5 min walking distance. The hotel is located within 5 min walking to Star Ferry as well as the bus station. 18 and 18P buses stop right in front of the hotel which makes it easy to travel within the city. The room is in good size for two people. Beds are very comfortable. Complimentary tea/coffee set-up, a kettle and one bottle of complimentary water is available and replcaed every day. Breakfast is satisfactory for a western traveller. They also have varieties of Chinese cuisine. Godo value for money if you make your booking in advance.” Sen, Istanbul |
