The hotel is in a good location for shopping. I am happy with the room. I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends if I was not disappointed by the breakfast service. I had to wait for 35min for a table and queue another 35min for food every morning on average. The selections of food were limited and more than half of the stuffs was not available. The restaurant could not refill the food adequately for the dinners and the buffet breakfast service was poor. It was a punishment to spend more than two hours a day just for breakfast! In short, the hotel just could not cope with the demand for breakfast from the guests!

Its a little tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Nathan Rd but its still only a 5 minute walk away. The RegalClub is fantastic.I've stayed here before and have been to Hong Kong about 8 times before and this is fantstic. Unfortunately we could only stay two nights before going home to Australia.

The staff is really concerning about customer satisfaction.I was requesting a big bed and somehow the room given to me was 2 single. After a fast call to the reception some one of the staff came to help us and deal with the change. The room was big enough and at an average clean. The location is not very good although the subway East TST is just 5 min walk. This area is not very favorable when you want enjoy and experience the city not just by public transport and taxi but also by walk.!!!! After 22-23 in the evening not so many people walk around and do not have convenient shops. Old furniture inside the rooms. No free wifi and no free cable internet which it comes useful in hong kong when you need to check your next day schedule.

Good location, generally friendly staff. A once grand hotel, now worn rooms with broken furniture and it seems to be hotel policy to trust its guests very little - passport copies of all guests, even from a one year old baby (unusual in hk), deposit for a plastic room key card (?) and a very thorough room check on checkout.

Excellent gym and location. I have traveled to HK for over 20 years and stayed at the Regal years ago. I stopped staying there since there had been few updates. The updates that you have made guarantee that I will stay again.

I have stayed at the Regal many times over the last 20 years. It's "comfortable" and has an excellent location for bars, restaurants and shopping. Check-in is efficient and the rooms extremely comfortable. The biggest down-side in my opinion is a HK$150.00/day for wireless internet in the guestrooms. This facility would be better free and would probably encourage more business guests. The new location of the "v" bar on the ground floor is an interesting change. All in all, still a decent choice in a City full of great hotels.

The location of the hotel is excellent and I was very pleased with my room which was spacious and had a harbour view. The Regal Club Lounge was great and the staff there very professional and welcoming. The hotel represented very good value for money.

Only the manager, Ivy, who was very accommodating to our complaints. The htoel staff are very rude! The lady who checked us in was rude. In the guise of upgrading us to the executive room in the 14th floor, only for us to be disappointed with the very small beds which I am afraid would fall off once you sit at the side of it. The lavatory was not functioning and so was the exhaust fan at the toilet. The room was scrampy, small to manila's htoel's standards at same rate. For me, the hotel price was not worth the room we stayed in though we were transfered to a little bit larger room by Ms. Ivy when my husband compalined. The recption guys were all rude when you ask for directions to the city. They are only friendly with white peole, as if these white guests are more superior than all the other guests of the hotel. Filipinos should boycott this hotel in Hongkong as the hotel staff are rude maybe only to their co-Asians. There is no hotel lobby lounge, no sofas to sit when you expect visitors and wait standing up the lobby. At this price, Manila's hotel would give free Wifi connection in your room, and Manila hotel would offer free breakfast. I am very dissatisfied, and if I haven't prepaid before I went to Hongkong, I could have transferred in another hotel.

As Regal member we got a free upgrade The 15 euro/day internet, which is with a cable (no wireless) and can only be used by one device. The connection was slow and the hotel refused to refund us any money, even though we had serious problems with the internet.

i was upgraded to an executive floor ,i cannot judge if value for money is fair the hotel is like a factory with two production lines : checking in and checking out .The first question the hotel asks you is what time you will check out .I am sure they are fully utilizing their rooms but not the best welcome .A long queue at the check out ,the hotel could definitely use additional staff at the reception east of Tsim sha tsui not the hottest location in HK
