Locations and services are very good. Next tIme to Hong Kong, we would come back to this hotel again. We are a little disappointed about the shuttles services. We saw in the reviews that Regal Hotel has free shuttles services and we mentioned in our booking that we would like the hotel to arrange one for us because we will come very late (around 10:00 pm and we are 4 people). When we arrived at the airport, they said that shuttle is free only if you had booked with regal directly and not by booking.com! When we checked-out, the concierge called a taxi for us and did not care about the price and the honesty of the driver. When we arrived at the airport, the meter was HKD 200 but the drive manipulated to HKD 300 plus HKD 50 for the luggages! We would recommend the Regal Kowloon Hotel to be more clear about free shuttles services and be more care for the guests with the taxis services. Thank you

The hotel is in a good location for shopping. I am happy with the room. I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends if I was not disappointed by the breakfast service. I had to wait for 35min for a table and queue another 35min for food every morning on average. The selections of food were limited and more than half of the stuffs was not available. The restaurant could not refill the food adequately for the dinners and the buffet breakfast service was poor. It was a punishment to spend more than two hours a day just for breakfast! In short, the hotel just could not cope with the demand for breakfast from the guests!

I stayed at the Regal Club level and thought the service was excellent. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I especially thought the breakfast in the 3rd floor Tivoli suite was great value and provided that little bit extra. Seemed to be frequented by a lot of night girls

Hotel is centrally located in business area of tst - Kawloon Condition of rooms is very poor. Needs renovation and new furniture and fixtures. For the same price one can find better 3 or 4 star hotel.

Good location. Buffet breakfast with good varieties of food. Provide free shuttle bus to airport. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Lack of chairs for guests to sit in hotel lobby while waiting for transportation. Provide only one small bottle of shower gel for 2 room occupants, unthinkable!

The location was good and the rooms were spacious . Maybe coz i got a club room but it was nice the hotel is very old and it shows , would say this was a super hotel in the 80's but now everything is old and needs a refreshing touch . And the maintaince noise didnt stop till 2 or 3 am although they said it was stopping at 6 pm

Great service and great rooms and a fantastic breakfast buffet. It is located a less-than-5-minute-walk from East Tsim Sha Tsui station and thus well-connected to the metro network and a good place to explore the city from. All in all, we had a very good stay at Regal Kowloon and will certainly visit it again in the future.

I had to queue to check in 45 minutes and 30 minutes to check out.For the breakfast one more queue 30 minutes. It was freezing and the hotel didn't have heater. They only had air con. Very discomfortable in the room.

The beds are not comfortable. The oillows are horrible. Bed should be bigger. We had no internet after paying for ut. Had to have engineer to come and resolve problem. Nowhere to plug laptop with internationak sockets or adaptor.

I always stay in this hotel because its centrally located in Kowloon The room was old.. Bathroom sink and bath tub were chipped,water was draining neither from sink nor bath tub. Two times it was repaired but no improvement. Duty Manager, William offered me up grade... for my next trip. but I will not use hotel in future. Very disappointed.

I had a fantastic new year trip staying at the regal kowloon, the staff were so friendly and helpful especially nelson, I would certainly stay here again. Lovel the regal suite and all the comforts this came with particularly cocktails at 5 - 8.30pm.
