I went for the I club room and enjoyed the included breakfast and free mini bar (excluding alachol). A little bit further from the city than I first thought but a taxi to the main area was only about 4-5 English pounds or there was a free bus. The hotel was clean and spacious. Would reccomend Highly |

Hotel staff service excellent, but in some respects sometimes bit over the top. Hk airport location shuttle bus counters (incl. Regal) not, to very very poorly, indicated. Ask airport info desks for directions to avoid walking endless stretches to nowhere. Pre-arrival hotel advice on this would be highly desirable. |

The hotel is pretty close to various points of interest,i.e. night market, sports shops, local food establishments, subway, bus lines etc. The prices of the rooms, in house food prices are quite expensive. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Most spoke or at least understood English and even those who did not tried really hard to be helpful. The housekeeper was awesome and always made sure that our room was cleaned for the day even if she had to come back several times because we were sleeping in. The bed was comfortable but they need to invest in a better quality of pillows. The glass bathroom was a definite no-no. Also, the hotel is not close to any of the tourist attractions but the hotel shuttle was very useful and taxis cabs are plentiful and fairly inexpensive. But overall this was a great hotel for the money; especially is you stay on the Regal Club floor. |

The location of the hotel, especially for those who like food, there are all kind of restaurants within walking distance. This is my second time stay in this hotel and both time I was stay in those inside street view room, I did ask to change but the replies usually no. looks like all the better viewing room are all reserve to group guest, so bad. |

the room was ok. the regal i-club they offered was a good deal for every guest to avail. Their shuttle bus service was always on time. the room we got smelled like cigarette from the bath room to the bed and sheets and even the carpet..the housekeeping lady cleaned our room wearing the same gloves she used for cleaning the bathroom, to washing the glasses and dishwares, changing the trash and would tidy our bed without even washing or changing her gloves. Then she would replenish our mini bar and fruit platter w/ d same gloves |

The bath room has the lot of fungis on the wall and the silicon line on the bathtub is ugly. The vacuum in the bathroom does not work, so when we had the shower, the room was full of the foggy. The reception desk girls left the guests alone, they just talked in the phone. The reception desk gentleman responsed my complaints and is nice. I do not like the bathroom. It is the two star bathroom for four star hotel. |

Its location is a little bit away from the MTR station. Around the hotel is not so clean at all. It's clean in the hotel. No desk in the room! Considering the room charge,I expected some desk in the room. The room I stayed was a little bit small for its room charge,I guess. Was it because I stayed in late Oct.? |

Easy access to bus, unfortunately, not subway. The bathroom and toilet are enclosed by pieces of glass, with curtain inside. That means you have to pull the curtain all time, bearing in mind the curtain is not long/good enough to circle the entire bathroom/toilet partition. Whoever designed the wardrobe should get credit for his/her work. Tips: You can open the door of the wardrobe and it blocks any silhuoette inside the facilities. |
