Main impression was the co-operation of the staff at the door.The concierge was quick to respond and full of information. Cost of internet in the business centre.HK$20 per print out sheet would have to be the most expensive yet encountered.Across the harbour at the Novotel Nathan Road was free internet and print out. |

nearly everything - what i do not liked see next point The smell in the room was terribile - humidity (like in a cellar). I think it comes form the aircondition because you have wooden in front of the air condition. |

We liked the location and desing of the hotel. Also. the Club floor and door and consearge staff was nice. Rooms were clean. When we arrived at 2:30 pm we had to waite for our room to be ready for almost two hours. Also, we were promissed in writing by the hotel front office manager that we would have 30% discount for food and beverages at all restaurants of the hote as the hotel quests. However, it was not granted to us non of two times when we had dinner at the Hotel Regal Palace restaurant. |

we used to leave in hkong for 7 years, we go 3 times a year,,, i diid not like the hotel at all, it is not a five star just 3 star hotel and very cold stuff after metropark hotel, |

I like the staff's helpfulness,courtesy and their proactive service given to us when we were there. It made our stay thoroughly enjoyable! i wished it had a bigger pool!!! ha! |

The service level was brilliant, stayed in 31st executive floor. Staff was great, so did the servings during happy hour. The room was quite tiny compared to other excellent facilities they have. |

We had booked club rooms, and to our surprise, were upgraded to a suite which was fabulous considering we had two small children. Staff was extremely courteous and friendly. Good location within walking distance to Victoria Park, some malls, the MTR,.... |

The decor and quality of the rooms were first class. Good size rooms for Hong Kong central. location was convenientto causeway bay MTR and staff were very helpful with directions/recommendations. Food was very good. Would have liked a more cosmopolitan bar in the foyer area for the times we did not want to leave the hotel. The lobby bar was more lobby than Bar |

The service was excellent and the club floor top class 1.Difficult to get to Wanchai by taxi from the hotel as it was necessary to make a big circle in order to get to Leighton Road. 2. The lower floor rooms along Hennessey Road were noisy from traffic especially early morning |

Great location, very good service, good resturants, in summary good for short business stay They published on the web room price of USD 96.- which is like HK$ 750 and very good for 5 Star in HK but when the deal was done the price jumped up to HK$ 900.- . I noticed that only during check in but had no reference to the original price on the web. |

空いてる部屋が無かったのか、アップグレードの部屋を用意していただきました（３２階の部屋） バスタブとシャワーが分かれていて、使いやすかったです。立地がコーズウェイ駅周辺で買い物、食事がスムー- ズに出来ました。また、バス移動にも大変便利でした。 ダブルベッドがかなり小さいです。子供が一緒だとツインを選択するのがベターです。チェックインロビーの対- 応が少しお粗末でした。（男性） |
