The service level was brilliant, stayed in 31st executive floor. Staff was great, so did the servings during happy hour. The room was quite tiny compared to other excellent facilities they have. |

We had booked club rooms, and to our surprise, were upgraded to a suite which was fabulous considering we had two small children. Staff was extremely courteous and friendly. Good location within walking distance to Victoria Park, some malls, the MTR,.... |

The decor and quality of the rooms were first class. Good size rooms for Hong Kong central. location was convenientto causeway bay MTR and staff were very helpful with directions/recommendations. Food was very good. Would have liked a more cosmopolitan bar in the foyer area for the times we did not want to leave the hotel. The lobby bar was more lobby than Bar |

The service was excellent and the club floor top class 1.Difficult to get to Wanchai by taxi from the hotel as it was necessary to make a big circle in order to get to Leighton Road. 2. The lower floor rooms along Hennessey Road were noisy from traffic especially early morning |

Great location, very good service, good resturants, in summary good for short business stay They published on the web room price of USD 96.- which is like HK$ 750 and very good for 5 Star in HK but when the deal was done the price jumped up to HK$ 900.- . I noticed that only during check in but had no reference to the original price on the web. |

Hotel staffs manner. Yes, in fact there was. We've rented a room with Queen bed, but i find the bed a bit small, it has the size of a twin bed which your staff told me that your beds are that size. I'm a bit confused. I don't know if it's my problem of if actually the bed size is wrong. |

nice hotel in good location The small notice advising that tap water should not be consumed was hidden behind the basin outlet in the bathroom (and was not seen until after drinking the water). If tapwater is not suitable for consumption, then complimentary bottled water should be provided in a hotel of this standard and not charged for at an exhorbitant rate. |

The facilities are very much better compared to some other nearby hotels. The service of the reception staff are not very welcoming and not friendly to some extent. |

Zeffirino restaurant on the 31st floor, which interestingly the staff don't actively recommend, is great, not too pricy! The hotel is great value for money being on the Island. As always in Hong Kong, staff often say pretend to understand what you are saying, but have no idea what you are talking to the about!! |
