hotel staff are quite friendly and show their excellent customer service skill. The decoration style of the room is comfortable and luxury which make me feel like home when i get back to hotel after one-day trip.

Very good location, close to the causeway bay subway station and SOGO. Nice service staff. And the room is not very small. We checked in at 10a.m and checkout at 14p.m, which made our trip much more convenient. Breakfasts are included in the total price, and the buffet is pretty good.Everything is perfect here except that I wish the price would be less expensive.

This time have to wait for 30 mins before room available beside checking in at 5pm. Room have no warm air con and is winter. Same floor doing repair work so noisy in the morning. Overall not as good as last time.

Everything is pretty good except the room style looks like very old .one thing need mention ,the Chinese food in the hotel really famous.

During the hk fair the rooms didn't match with the price. Single room with added bad. During winter time conditioner don't provide suitable temperature, cold.

Smelling rooms, Reception staff was not at all polite, in the same budget you have many good options in causeway itself.

We have stayed at the Regal before and find the staff helpful and friendly and the location central to everything.

Main impression was the co-operation of the staff at the door.The concierge was quick to respond and full of information.

Cost of internet in the business centre.HK$20 per print out sheet would have to be the most expensive yet encountered.Across the harbour at the Novotel Nathan Road was free internet and print out.

The smell in the room was terribile - humidity (like in a cellar). I think it comes form the aircondition because you have wooden in front of the air condition.
