Regal Riverside Hotel  

We took two rooms and it was very convenient to have a common door between the rooms. The shuttle service was convenient and quite reliable. The riverside view was great. Concierge was helpful and efficient.

We stayed for 6 days. The first part of our stay was in twin rooms and the second part of our stay was in a triple room. The triple room was not upto the mark. Decoration was outdated, lighting was inadequate, TV was perched on the window sill. Room service was whimsical, toiletries were changed at the whims of the staff, soaps might or might not get changed, room was not vacuumed properly, we could find traces of food on the carpet after the room was cleaned, staff could not communicate in English, failed to get English newspaper in spite of repeated requests. Other provisions in the room were not complete, bathrobe was not provided in one of the rooms when we were in the twin rooms, shaving kit was not replaced. The list can go on. I think the room service needs a serious beefing up.

It was extremely cold everywhere!!!

I was very impressed with the room- It was beautiful, comfortable, and had a decent view of the river. Also, the amenities provided, such as toiletries, water, etc. were great.

WiFi is not included in the price of the room; In this day and age, a nice hotel should include WiFi in the rooms, particularly since many people travel for business.

It is wonderful hotel and I love to stay...

Great english speaking staff. Clean and organized. Good shuttle services.

The service for the dimsum restaurant was quite slow.

This hotel is closed by the prince of wales hospital,so we can go there by walked..

Transport times were not favorable. The hotel location is not allowed otherwise convenient arrival

The actions of the Regal Riverside in charging what they do to use wifi is outrageous. I don't mind a simple charge but the amount they are asking (equiv of around £30/day) is just taking the *** The hotel's policy in this regard totally out of line with other hotels and I intend to advise anyone staying at the Regal Riverside to look for a hotel with complimentay wifi. The buffet spread was good,

The furnishing was quite old and the location required some getting used to. Away from popular places such as Mongkok, Central etc, Ferry Terminals and Airport. There was a smell when we entered the toilet, not a decent one obviously. However, I guess the value compared to other 4-star hotels is better. Cost savvy. Unfortunately, I'll give it a rating of 3 stars at most and not 4.
