We took two rooms and it was very convenient to have a common door between the rooms. The shuttle service was convenient and quite reliable. The riverside view was great. Concierge was helpful and efficient. We stayed for 6 days. The first part of our stay was in twin rooms and the second part of our stay was in a triple room. The triple room was not upto the mark. Decoration was outdated, lighting was inadequate, TV was perched on the window sill. Room service was whimsical, toiletries were changed at the whims of the staff, soaps might or might not get changed, room was not vacuumed properly, we could find traces of food on the carpet after the room was cleaned, staff could not communicate in English, failed to get English newspaper in spite of repeated requests. Other provisions in the room were not complete, bathrobe was not provided in one of the rooms when we were in the twin rooms, shaving kit was not replaced. The list can go on. I think the room service needs a serious beefing up.

1. Internet is not included in the room, they charge 18€ per day. I think in the XXI century internet should be a right, more than a to pay service... 2. When we tried to discuss it, the manager in a irrespective way, offered us "20% discount on the price of internet". It´s not a matter of money, but of principles! In this place, they only understand about money, business and nothing about principles. 3. The room is tiny for the price paid. 4. Hotel far from city center, metro station 10 minutes by bus, though. 5. Not really in front of the river, but in front of the avenue that is in front of the river. Result: noise. 6. No complain forms available. Only a printed survey to fill ¿? (those are two different things).

The room is big and clean. Free wifi is limited at the lobby from 8am to 8pm, the time when we were out for sight seeing. When we came back after dinner , already beyond 8pm.and the free wifi was not available. , Hotel should provide 24 hr free wifi for better customer service.

The staff is not polite at all, and they are very slow! Some of them can't speak english and they so called 4 stars hotel! No free internet, and do not have mineral water in the room. Usually every hotel will give 2 compliment mineral water in the room. But this hotel don't have such thing. And the worse is very far from the city!

It was very clean We had to pay a $2000 security deposit which staff said we would get back on checking out however,we only got back $1600 when questioning why the staff would not explain why they just said it was correct and would not explain further. We are a family of 5 and booked a double and tripple room the tripple room was clearly not a tripple room a fold out bed was being put in the room as we were accessing the room. Our other family staying in the same hotel had a far bigger room with a propper 3rd bed which was not booked as it was supposed to be a cot! We were charged extra for the tripple they had to pay small supplement. I just felt that the staff were making up tarrifs and were not prepared to discuss the break down of the charges. Therfore I would not stay at this hotel again which is a shame because it was a beautifull and clean hotel. Be aware of the service charge put on the charge of the room which is also not included in the total room cost initially quoted!!!

It provided perfectly for my overnight stopover on a long flight from London to Australia by being easily accessible by shuttle bus from the air port and by the courteous and helpful way the staff assisted me in organising currency and early morning taxi back to the airport. The hotel was well situated overlooking the river and in easy walking distance of some shops. The room was clean and very comfortable. Nothing- it provided well for the purpose of my stay.

The room is spacious and cozy, with a nice overview to the river or (in my case on the other side) to a small hill. I loved the decoration inside. The hotel was crowded at the time I went there - a lot tourist groups. Soundproof no good - Can hear the TV sounds from next doors.

Rooms are bigger than those hotels in the cities for sure. Rooms are clean. Hotel provides free shuttle bus to n fro SHA TIN mrt station (5mins). Direct public bus from airport - A41 stop infront of hotel (60mins excludes waiting time). Local food, supermart near hotel. Far away from Kowloon, Hk island areas, time consuming travelling to cities (30 - 50mins) one way. Plus alittle walking within interchanges (Gets really tiring 3rd days onwards). Given rooms non carpeted, freezing during cold months. Excessive mirrors in given rooms, too much glares and unnecessary scares (hahaha). Bad acoustic.

Clean, good price, convenient location, shuttle bus to airport. Wifi service in the room is too expensive. Lobby wifi is supposed to be free but it is locked. When we asked about the code of lobby wifi, the receptionist told us that we had to pay for the wifi. When we said lobby wifi was supposed to be free, they told us that,no free wifi afrer 8pm probably.

Very friendly and helpful personnel. Bwcause there are so many restaurant options, eating at the hotel was a good choice on busy nights. Charge for Internet use. Most hotels make this a standard part of their room service. Didn't like the daily charge.

Location. Away from the main city, but convenient enough to catch public transits to other parts of the city. The pool was not available during winter. Should have either an indoor pool or a heated outdoor pool year round.

The rooms are more spacious as compared to other hotel rooms provided in Hong Kong hotels. I would appreciate it if the Shuttle Bus from the hotel to Sha Tin train station takes a shorter time of waiting. The last I waited was 25 minutes, perhaps shorten the wait to 10 minutes?

A couple of good places to eat (Thai and pizza), easy to get public transportation. Beds were hard, though not as bad as in China itself. Buffet breakfast selections were sometimes cold. Dreadful "elevator music" in buffet area. Use of hotel computer in business office was very expensive. Somewhat worn carpets in halls and room (11th floor).
