My scores are based off of what I expected to get at the price I paid, for that I would say everything was excellent. The size of the room was larger than other guesthouses you would expect at its price range. Some of the things I was looking for were, cleanliness, good wifi, and a safe place to store my things, all of which were excellent. My room also had a very good, newer a/c unit, and the double bed was large enough for me. The location was extremely convenient. Chung King Mansion is located next to Tsim Sha Tsui Subway station which allows access to many many tourist destinations. The person in charge of Reliance Inn was also very nice.

Chung King Mansion itself, unrelated to Reliance Inn, feels a little unsafe, especially at night. I emphasize "feel" there are actually security cameras everywhere and I don't expect anything would happen in such a populated place. The elevator wait can be around 5-10 minutes at night, but its fine at other times.

The staff there was extremely helpful and kind, thank you very much. We enjoyed our stay very much.

- Intrnet access without problems - hairdryer, free cosmetics, 2 glasses and electric pot to boil water provided - last day we have very late flight and the owner let us leave our bagagge in his own flat - it was very nice of him - good place, near MTR station tsim sha tsui

The man who owns it (or at least the man who was always around there) was wonderful. A really lovely guy and always very welcoming whenever we arrived back from a day out. He also stored our bags for us on our last day which was really nice of him. The room was small but we wernt expecting anything different and it suited our needs perfectly. The place seem very secure which gives you peace of mind. People mention problems with lifts and having to wait for ages, we really don't find this an issue at all, the longest we waited was maybe 5 minutes, hardly a problem. Such a central location and within a minute walk to a 7/11. I would 100% recommend this place if your looking for a nice budget friendly base to explore Hong Kong.

Nothing was a problem at all. The Chungking mansions themselves are a bit daunting at first but nothing worth complaining about. I was travelling with my boyfriend so felt ok. However I would be reluctant to stay in the mansions alone, I don't think it's the place for single and especially women travellers. I think I would feel a bit unsafe. But that just my opinion. Overall would highly recommend the reliance inn and thank you for a lovely stay.

on the outside a bit rough and ready but this does not afect the performance of the guest house. Realy dont have any think bad to say

the staff was nice, welcoming and reallt helpful and also for the price you pay you get a nice place to spend your nights at.

Fantastic location, right in the heart of Tsim Sha Sui, just a short walk from the harbour for ferry across to the city, the light show and many other things. Great value for money, clean and secure, great vibe to the whole building/area in general. Manager was helpful/friendly. Everything you need for a short stay in a brilliant city!

It was completely different than shown on the web. The lift is always full, have to wait more than 10 minitues, smell is bad.

Reliance Inn location is excellent with respect to proximity to malls and mtr station (Tsim Sha Tsui). The staff (Jacky and Peter) are very good, very helpful, provide information and other tips. The service is so good also that I was allowed to extend up to 2pm without additional cost... This is an excellent value add.

The price of hk$ 1200 is a bit pricey for a small room (about or less 15 Sq meter).

There is no hot water for bath! Blanket is dirty and flimsy, so clod at night!

The Owner of the hotel is very friendly and responsible.

The air-conditioner should be clean as is very dusty and rooms should be non smoking. Clean health & air for everyone in the hotel.

We book an pay a room for two people, the room was very, very, very small, the bed width was like 1m, the room including the bathroom probably was like 5,25 m2. No internet. There is air condition but you can change the temp.

Can't actually review Reliance Inn as we were taken from reception to a hostel on a totally different floor with a totally different name that looked nothing like the pictures on the website.
