Luxury everywhere. Especially liked the 11th floor pool and garden area - the best city relaxation area we have ever encountered.

The superb harbour view is marred currently by major civil engineering works along the waterfront - not the fault of the hotel of course but a note in the room explaining what it is all about would have been appreciated. No discernible noise from the works whilst we were there.

Direct attached to the convention show center.

Fitness was not good, swimming pool shared with Hyatt. Spa not available you had to go to Hyatt. Better go to Hyatt.

Location, facilities and service.

Hardware of hotel has improved since my last stay there several years ago. Breakfast choice very good. Location is perfect in case you need to go to the convention centre.Central Plaza next door. Also shops and entertainment are nearby at walking distance.

Hotel staff understand shortcomings and trying to compensate for them. After complaining of soundproofing they have moved us for free to another room with a nice view of the harbor. Quickly organized unbooked New Year's Eve in the Club Lounge.

Gloomy lobby, poor simplified design of the rooms. In the room we heard everything that happens behind the wall and in the hallway. Inconvenient location away from the main streets and the subway. Absolute discrepancy rates (around 450 euros per night) and quality.

Close to the Hong Kong trade fair. Very nice food. Deluxe rooms with nice view. Very good for business travels.

The location is ideal, being close to an MTR station and Ferry terminal. The staff are very attentive and accommodating, and the overall ambience is comfortable.

Rooms are comfortable, but a little compact for the price.

A little pricey, there was no heat (but as soon as I mentioned this to the front desk the staff brought a portable heater). Lack of closet shelves for clothes. Expensive mini-bar. Food from room service was good, but very mall portions

The staff were extremely professional, courteous and very helpful with advice and directions.

We ate at their Michelin star restaurant, although it was later in the evening, the staff wasn't very thrilled with our arrival and our food was very bland, not worth the cost of HK$1,000.00 for soup and two dishes. Over priced and sub par quality.

Internet connection was poor

It is the usual Marriott experience. Meaning, not the best. Also note the newly renovated rooms were poorly done from a design and practical standpoint. Not enough power points for computers, phones, cameras, etc. Also, closets are so small that the built in luggage stand can not fit suitcases over 24". And the floor space is such that leaving an open suitcase on the floor means very difficult movement. No bath: only shower. Bathroom counter and basin very low, too low, if taller than 5'10". Many more issues, but not enough time.

I forgot my hair straightener in the room and nobody told me after I checked out. I lost it room 2029 since 13th nov till 17th november

Location, its closer to everywhere you wanted to visit.

Typical strange local smells on its coridor sometimes.

Toilet in the room has no door nor does the clothes closet.
