スタッフの対応がgood。

ただ、設備が若干古い。

スタッフの対応が悪かった。もう少しお客様の視点にたったサービスをしてほしい。あらかじめ遅い飛行機で到- 着する旨を伝えてあったのに対応が、悪かった。

男2人で宿泊を予定していて行ってみると、ツインルームが取っていないのでジュニアスイートを用意してくれ- たのですが、あまりにベットが小さすぎて男二人だと快適に眠れません。夜中の12時に部屋を変えてもらった- のですが、できればツインの普通の部屋をとっていてほしかった。

１６時頃のチェックインにもかかわらず、部屋の清掃が済んでおらず、部屋のキーをもらうまでに１時間近く待- たされた。

アップグレードされていました。深夜着だったので、ルームサービスで食事をとったのですが、リーズナブルで- おいしく満足いくものでした。ただ海側の部屋でも前に別の建物があるので、ハーバービューではなさそうです- 。

スタッフの対応が大変よく、何よりも掃除が行き届いていて清潔だったことが素晴らしかった。アップグレイド- していただいたので、部屋も広くて設備が整っていて快適だった。評判どおりロケーションもとても便利だった- 。

We arrived at HK very early in the morning. We had asked to have a room ready at the first hour of check-in time. As soon as we arrived we had a room ready for us, and a room answering the demands we had made: quiet,with good daylight, twin-bed. The internet cable connection was paid bud good quality.

At the concierge desk ,on the lower floor, there was a thin fifty-old man, that, twice,when I wanted to buy stamps to send postcards to Europe, told me to give him the money and didn't want to show me the stamps. I asked to see them,he made as if he was stamping them, but he didn't put he postcards in the letter.box, he said he woul put them next day. Before, I had asked for the same service and another one had given me the stamps and I had seen him putting the letters in the box. I doubt that the later postcards I wrote were sent. Next day when we were leaving and another boy was helping us with the luggage he appeared interfering with the service, only to get a tip.

The room was tidy and OK. We were satisfied with many selection of TV channels in English.

We were offered an upgrade to the Club Floor including the Club Lounge which was appreciated and enjoyed by the three of us.

The location is very convenient to shopping, transport and some places of interest The room was always kept clean. Gym facilities are great especially the putting green. Hotel staff are very helpful.
