We arrived at HK very early in the morning. We had asked to have a room ready at the first hour of check-in time. As soon as we arrived we had a room ready for us, and a room answering the demands we had made: quiet,with good daylight, twin-bed. The internet cable connection was paid bud good quality. At the concierge desk ,on the lower floor, there was a thin fifty-old man, that, twice,when I wanted to buy stamps to send postcards to Europe, told me to give him the money and didn't want to show me the stamps. I asked to see them,he made as if he was stamping them, but he didn't put he postcards in the letter.box, he said he woul put them next day. Before, I had asked for the same service and another one had given me the stamps and I had seen him putting the letters in the box. I doubt that the later postcards I wrote were sent. Next day when we were leaving and another boy was helping us with the luggage he appeared interfering with the service, only to get a tip. |

The room and bathroom were a good size with a comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and helpfull. The location was great as it is right next to the Avenue of Stars and an excellent position to watch the Symphony of Lights. The location is also central but quiet. I would definitely want to stay here again. |

Proximity to harbour & city light show at night. Good size room. Bedside controls for lights & air con good idea. Lack of free internet disappointing. |

The location is very convenient to shopping, transport and some places of interest The room was always kept clean. Gym facilities are great especially the putting green. Hotel staff are very helpful. No WiFi connection |

The service for club level is good. They are very kind. Connected with shopping mall and Intercontinental hotel also good thing. I can not say the breakfast is good. Need more improvement. The location and transportation is not modified easily, however their infomation service is not good enough. |

Check in very poor, took 30mins to do so. Hotel only had one room booked when I had two on the confirmation. Superior room??? certainly questionable, I am glad a didnt book a standard! We ate in the hotel on arrival, service was poor and we had to wait far too long given we were the only diners at the time. |

It is in the middle of shoping area, and very close to sea side walking track. The rooms are very small, the ceiling of the room is very low. |

Very functional hotel. Good location if Kowloon is your focus. Easy access to HK Island by MTR as well. One of the dullest hotels I've ever stayed on. No personality, no charm, no nothing, just standard everything and hordes of business travellers. |

furniture still very old. I stayed there about 6 years ago and thought the furniture was old than. When I saw the pictures on the web site I thought they have remodeled but to my surprise it is still the old furniture. Don't look at the photos and think it's the room condition. Old furniture not worth the money. Needs updating. |

Luxuray on the Harbour. Ease of acess to transportation both ferrys and rail. Bakery and 7/11 directly outside. Pool opening hours limited (There off season) |
