Rosedale On The Park

The locate was good. Frankly it's not right beside MTR but it was easy to find after first finding MTR station. Employee(housekeeping, concierge, etc) was kind except front desk emloyee, Actually, it's small room but clean and comfortable. Also breakfast was good.

Deposit was too much. it was HKD 500 each day , total 1500.. (we stayed 3 night ). The employee in front desk didn't explain enough why we should pay that much. Even if there was misunderstanding, he should have been kind because we are their customer and we were tired enoughl! However his attitude was rude and we were upset.

The room is extremely small and compacted especially for 3 adults. You can hardly breath, not to mention walking around or taking a reasonable rest in an armchair. Throughout the night if you want to sleep early, you won't get a good night sleep without being disturbed by the noise of people getting shower - from 9.00 until midnight! I don't know why the wall is so thin to allow such bothering showering sound getting into other's slumberland and privacy. Again, the Hotel management refused to upgrade us to a bigger room or higher floor with a view though we paid for the higher rate for getting this privilege. We finally decided to stay for one night and leave for another hotel which is bigger and friendlier!

Worst Hotel I ever stayed..room size are so small you can hardly move

The hotel is very comfortable and convenient for shopping.

Breakfast ends at 10.30am. However, by 9.45 there was a poor choice of food remaining and items were not replenished.

The hotel staff members were extremely helpful. The beds were comfortable and the room had a bathtub, which seem hard to find in hotels on Hong Kong Island. The view of the city from the room was pleasant as well.

The hotel is great in terms of location and the MTR + free shuttle bus from the airport made travel easy for my one night stay. Room was smallish but clean and staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was good too.

Need to improve the Wi-Fi. It is a valued link for all travelers.

The Rosedale on the Park is a well located with very helpful staff. The rooms are well equipped clean and comfortable. I have stayed at this Hotel on a number of occasions and would recomend it to friends

We are a family of four adults and three children under 7 years. We bookes two adjacent junior suites. Suites were good value and we all had sufficient room.Buffet breakfasts included were an added bonus and food selection and quantity good. Staff were excellent. Will stay there again.

Excellent staff always very helpful at all times and at all levels ,and impeccably turned out ,very smartly dressed. I have recommended it to my friends and family , as I would stay there again myself.
