There are many reasons to find the rooms uncomfortable compared to the way the hotel appears online. Nonsmoking rooms are former smoking rooms; cleanliness in general isn't that good. You cannot book directly a double bed (and the hotel doesn’t bother you to ask what you want assumes whatever is comfortable for them); we had to wait a night and then got another room. Be aware that the website doesn’t compare prices with the 10% service charge. Also bear in mind they want to charge you with a deposit, which isn’t mentioned in the conditions. Think generally the hotel doesn’t perceive you as a guest. Lastly something to account for we had the feeling we didnt get a deluxe room we booked but the more standard room, as we know better two star motels.

The reception (lady) not friendy and the htl facility is poor example the compliment water on free for once, but we were staying there for 4 nights.

Had everything we needed inc safe and minibar fridge with complimentary cold water. Clean room, comfortable bed, helpful staff. If you take the Airport Express train, there is a free shuttle bus to several hotels including rosedale on the park from the Central Airport Express terminal for train ticket holders. Note this free bus will drop you off 1 minute walk around the corner from hotel entrance.

Excellent hotel in convenient location. Added touches, such as electric fan heater supplied during abnormal cold weather during stay was much appreciated. This will be my choice of hotel over similar major chain hotels.

Very good location for hk fair visitors. Good comunication with the rest of the city. Close to buses, mtr and ferry services. Very helpful and good mood personel. Neighbourhood full of resteurants and shops. Free shuttle from hotel to hk fair grounds. Taxi from or to the airport cost around 400 - 500 hkd - but possible to get here with mtr as well. Overal - I would recomend, value for money definetelly positive.

Very small rooms (I guess standard problem for all hk acomodation). Breakfast below average quality but acceptable after all. Elevators often overloaded makes vertical comunication difficult from time to time.

Location is good. Good value for money. The room is small yet well maintained, clean , comfortable and modern looking.

I didn't like the payment systems of the Hotel & Booking.com Its very confusing, I booked the hotel and made all payment before going to Hong Kong. But I reached there I came to know that they didn't get the payment and they just got my card detail so when I checked out hotel, they asked for payment. I said to them that the payment is already made, but they refused to agree and in such situation I made the payment there. So I made the payment two time. I am not in Australia at the momment, so please try to solve this issue. Regards Varinder

The room was clean. The staff were very professionell and friendly. Pretty good location next to Causeway bay and on mrt line.

Really, teeny tiny rooms with minimum space. Not the best of beds, quite hard and uncomfy. We had a superior room with city view, received a room on the 22nd floor with limited view.

The location is good, 5-minute walk from SOGO at Causeway Bay.

The room and the bed are too small.

Nice hotel however the rooms were a tad small and lacked space.

No pool.
