The location of the hotel is very good Breakfast did not meet my expectation if I will go back to this hotel I will not consider including breakfast in room rate. The hotel smell is not good actually the entire building smell as if you are in chines kitchen. I used the business center computer for 10 minutes and I was charged $60hk and I was surprised as I never experience such a hotel policy. Elevator could be a time consuming access to and from hotel if you are leaving or coming during rush time. The hotel concierge are not truly a ware of shops around hotel or it could be language issue since I am English speaker and I end up by going out hotel and explore the shops a round me looking for near by pharmacy.I Was in Junior suite and I wanted to open the sofa in living room for my son 11 years old as his sleeping bed and when I call the housekeeping to arrange the sofa night use I was informed that I will be charged for additional bed although I am using the existing sofa in my suite!!!!!! I never experience such policy before and I truly believe that it dose not reflect a good image of hospitality. Staying in this hotel was a true disappointment.

Free wifi is the important things for travelling when you are businessman. We cant use own card for roaming reason. Thankfull theres free wifi with no hass etc. Its perfectly well the wifi Compliment bottle of water for drink only at tne first day...?? Is this joke..? Usually everywhere around the wold is everyday get bottle of water

Location, Three elevators but only two works and needs to service 30 floors. Room are very small with no design. Open the door and you see beds and white walls and maybe a picture. Bathroom are very small. For the same price I would recommend the HongKong Regal hotel with is right across the street.

The silver lining around the dark cloud was Ms ileen prasad. As usual very courteous and helpful As the booking was done through booking .com, the room was in a very bad location. Just besides the service room. The noise was coming all the time from outside. Couldnt sleep properly

The junior suite was spacious, the hotel staff friendly and helpful. The room was clean. My one year old son settled very well and the hotel was quiet at night as it was not on the main shopping stretch. The tram stop is right outside the hotel, and going over the footbridge with a toddler/stroller is no problem as there are lifts access now. Had a very enjoyable stay, will definitely go back. It is about 8 mins walk from Causeway Bay MTR exits, but there was plenty of things to see on the way. Can always take the tram or catch a taxi.

It was 12c outside but hotel don't have heating system. Single glass in the window in the room. Thin concrete walls. We had corner room. So, I can't sleep with my head towards the wall. Of course, they give us portable air heater. We couldn't switched it off even for 10min. Coldness started immediately and even dry air by the heater seemed better. Never during cold weather outside! By the way - rooms are extremely small.

Room is not big but you can have almost everything you will need even a small heater. Very clean, very quiet. Not far away from Causeway Bay. Very reasonable price.

Room is clean, hotel staff are friendly. I stayed at the 9th floor and could not get the free wifi. Had to use the wifi in the lobby area. Water bottles are only given in room upon check-in and not daily supplied.
