トラムの駅に近いので便利です。 部屋が非常に狭い（香港の同等クラスのホテルと比べて）。従業員の態度が悪い。朝食は毎日同じメニューで種- 類も少ない。 |

午後3時からのチェックインを厳守していることは良いが、午後3時に人が集中してチェックインに時間がかか- りすぎる。この時間だけ人を増やすなど対応を考えてほしい。 |

禁煙室でしたが、バスルームに入ると、タバコの臭いがした。（ダクトをとおって入り込むのではないか？） ツインルームに２人で宿泊したが、ウォッシュタオルとフェイスタイルは１枚しか用意されていなかった。 |

知人の車で向かったが、通りからホテルへの路地の入り口が判りづらかった周辺を一周してようやく探し当てた- 状況 バスタブに湯を溜めた際に栓が不良で、入る頃には湯が減っていた。 |

Room was cleaned quite adequately, was clean on arrival and the hotel was situated quite in the heart of the city and had a homely feel. The internet service provided excluding the wireless included only one computer terminal which required a prior fee and the weights room was quite small. |

The locate was good. Frankly it's not right beside MTR but it was easy to find after first finding MTR station. Employee(housekeeping, concierge, etc) was kind except front desk emloyee, Actually, it's small room but clean and comfortable. Also breakfast was good. Deposit was too much. it was HKD 500 each day , total 1500.. (we stayed 3 night ). The employee in front desk didn't explain enough why we should pay that much. Even if there was misunderstanding, he should have been kind because we are their customer and we were tired enoughl! However his attitude was rude and we were upset. |

Lifts were too slow and room stunk of cigarette smell even though it was a non-smoking room. We did get upgraded the next few nights though because of this but had to put up with it for the 1st night because no other rooms were available. |

The room is extremely small and compacted especially for 3 adults. You can hardly breath, not to mention walking around or taking a reasonable rest in an armchair. Throughout the night if you want to sleep early, you won't get a good night sleep without being disturbed by the noise of people getting shower - from 9.00 until midnight! I don't know why the wall is so thin to allow such bothering showering sound getting into other's slumberland and privacy. Again, the Hotel management refused to upgrade us to a bigger room or higher floor with a view though we paid for the higher rate for getting this privilege. We finally decided to stay for one night and leave for another hotel which is bigger and friendlier! |

Very close to Route 11 Airport bus stop. Easy accessablity to all modes of public transport.Concierge staff helpful. Higher rooms have good view Non availablity of early check in despite having empty rooms. Rooms were small. Breakfast refills were poor. Needed to wait for lift for longer duration as was staying in upper floors. |

The hotel is very comfortable and convenient for shopping. Breakfast ends at 10.30am. However, by 9.45 there was a poor choice of food remaining and items were not replenished. |

The hotel staff members were extremely helpful. The beds were comfortable and the room had a bathtub, which seem hard to find in hotels on Hong Kong Island. The view of the city from the room was pleasant as well. |

The hotel is great in terms of location and the MTR + free shuttle bus from the airport made travel easy for my one night stay. Room was smallish but clean and staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was good too. |
