离铜锣湾商业街比较近，走路10分钟左右。酒店的设施也还不错，由于当天没有大床房，酒店前台主动联络客房服务员将2个小床合并在一起。 因为原来去香港都住尖沙咀的马可波罗港威，所以同为四星级的酒店相比，虽然房间里的设施差不多，但这家酒店的房间太小了，除了2张床2个大箱子，基本上没有走路的地方了；另外，所有接触过的服务员均没有笑脸。这2点大概都是香港的特色吧。 |

很意外地得到豪华房升级到套房的待遇，而且在卧室里可以看到公园和海，很不错。服务质量也很好，有求必应。地理位置也不错，离铜锣湾中心很近。 |

服务生给人感觉比较舒服；高层房间比较安静。 房间较小（可能是地方特色吧）；床垫和枕头不够软；不能延续到下午14：00退房，比较不便；房间隔音不是很好，能听到隔壁房间洗澡的声音；渣甸街和SOGO附近有很多菲（律宾）佣和印（尼）佣聚会。 |

Its near from shopping centre. It's too expensive and we didn't find any jacuzzi ( in junior suite room ) , it's only bath up in the bathroom. |

Rooms are kept clean. Too far from the MTR station. About a ten mins walk to the nearest exit. Rooms furnishing are a little old and the rooms are small as well. |

The mosts impressive thing for us was the restaurant - the ambiance, views and standard of cuisine was excellent; served well with the minimum of fuss. I thought the size of room was very small considering it was an upgrade to an executive room. |

It is located in the relatively quiet area of Causeway Bay. It is away from the noise but within walking distance from the shopping areas. I stayed in Room 3201, one floor below the restaurant on the 33rd floor. I believe that the kitchen of the restaurant is directly above Room 3201. There were occasion noises from the ceiling of the room generated from the kitchen floor which is not carpeted. |

Concierge and reception staff were friendly and efficient. The room was small but clean and tidy as was the hotel generally. The location is very convenient for access to the MRT, buses, Trams, Taxis and the Causeway Bay shopping area. The breakfast buffet service was very poor and in my opinion is to be avoided. The table cloth was dirty. The western food, scrambled eggs, bacon and tomatoes had all ran out, and were not replaced even though we arrived 45 minutes before the advertised end of the breakfast service. |

Good View of the City, Extremely good Staff. No Smoking on 33rd Floor Bar. No place to go for Smoking either i.e. small room, stairwell. I believe alot more Money would be spend by customer entertaining guest if Smoking was permitted outside Meal times. |

Close to the Ground for HK 7's. Front desk staff excellent and polite on handling queries. Housekeeping also quick to help and fix any issues. Concierge staff good with getting taxis for transport. Only 2 bottles of drinking water complimentary through a 4 day stay? This the only complaint! |

convenience to Causeway Bay shopping and short cab ride to Convention Centre, not too far from public transportation. friendly staff. the buffet breakfast, while decent, didn't have a lot of variety compared to other asian hotels we have stayed at. |

The Junior Suite was attractively priced and the size was good. The furniture and amenities in the suite were of 4-star quality. Bathroom too small and the mattress a bit too hard. |
