very noisy. thin walls, in the morning were doing some renovations and it was impossible to sleep after 8 am and it lasted 5 days |

Staff very accomodating and friendly in particular the room attendants.The pool and gym facilities were excellent with a jacuzzi and sauna/steam rooms,Rooms were clean and comfortable with a view over city.The location of the shopping malls and mtr was very handy.Good room service,excellent food and quick delivery High price of meals including breakfast at the hotel.The price of wifi connection was too high and should be free. |

Concierge was nice, staff friendly Huge hotel built more than 20 years ago. Metro station difficult to find first day. |

Very comfortable and relaxing hotel to stay in. The service of the housekeeping is also fast. Staff are friendly and easily accessible to amenities. It will be perfect if there is shuttle bus to and fro to the ferry terminal. Not sure whether they do provide any shuttle bus to and fro to the airport because I took my flight from macau. It will be perfect if they do have shuttle bus to pick guest from airport and ferry terminal! |

I enjoyed my stay with the Royal Plaza, the room's maids were nice and friendy.The pool staff were nice and helpful. The only thing I didn't like was my room was right at the end of the hall, therefore every time I return with my shopping I had to walk miles before getting back to rest. |

I always like the location of this hotel due to its proximity to good transport such as MTR and trains to China. Indifferent service. Sometimes when you are a guest here the service is great and other times its mediocre. I wish it was just great all the time. |

The location of the hotel is perfect! It's a lot of places to do shopping there, close to MTR. The internet is too ixpensive. |

butiful hotel, we said we ware on our honeymoon & we had an upgrade. next to the hotel there is a big shoping center and a train center. |

I liked the fact that it is connected to a mall. It is much more convenient to have everything you need to get downstairs at the mall when you have your children. Taxi is right outside the front door if we needed to go anywhere else. Room is spacious. Mattress is new. Comfy pillows and clean sheets everyday. Would definitely recommend hotel to friends and family. |

The staff that welcomes you was very nice and also provided me with an acceptable offer and it proves to be perfect for my business trip (i mean the package breakfast + internet + afternoon tea + business diner). The shower water was long to get warm and the temperature was not very hot. This needs to be checked. |

The executive room plus the complementary services were outstanding value for money. The friendly helpfull staff were dedicated to all your wishes. The location is good. 3 mrt stations in the area. The free shuttle service from the Airport Express is nice. |

The rooms were spacious and the staff were excellent. The location was good and the meals at the hotel were very affordable and a good variety. The pool was spectacular, with under water music!! The beds were 4 feet wide. This was a very cosy double. Internet access was expensive |

I enjoyed the dining options at, and nearby, the Hotel along with close proximity to MTR, markets and shopping. The pool area was also fantastic! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. |

It's an excellent hotel with good facilities and accommodating staff. I would certainly recommend this and also I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this hotel again. Great staff! When I need to extend my stay at the hotel, i need to re-book at this website to avail the same rate that I got from the start and they don't want to give me the same rate if I extend my stay at their front desk. |

This hotel was very clean and pretty. I was amazed when I first arrived. Good service. Good buffet at the hotel, and its open for the public. The shopping mall is 6 floors and u can get anything you want. Since we didn`t have breakfast included in our hotelprice, we bought bread and cheeze and stuff from the grocery store at the top floor of the mall and put it inside our fridge/minibar in the room. Metro is inside the mall which was super convenient! Not too far to walk to the markets, but we normally took the metro anyway. So easy and cheap. Inside the mall the internet is for free. Very nice. Very polite hotel staff. |

We were upgraded to the executive floor and greatly enjoyed the amenities that provided. The rooms were large and well-equipped, We also enjoyed the package providing breakfast, unlimited internet etc. Finally the combined western-eastern ambiance was very attractive. Access was sometimes a little confusing. |
