The location of the hotel is great, close to MTR. The rooms are big and even have a sofa. The bathroom is very nice too. It's also nice to get a complimentory newspaper in the morning. Especially for the rate we got it was great value for money. Breakfast and food in general are expensive as you might expect for this kind of hotel but there's a lot of alternatives in the connecting shopping mall. |

the room was very large and the view was excellent. the price of the room was very reasonable and the hotel was safe and well-maintained. the restaurants and services were way over-priced. the room itself was an exceptional value, but all the extras (in-hotel dining, room service, internet, etc) were ridiculously expensive. that being said, we didn't use any of the extras and still walked away with a bargain. |

Good value for money! Very comfortable and big room with modern set-up. Hotel is next to a moderate shopping mall and cinema. Quite issolated from other places although the transportation- mtr is just next to the hotel but quite a distance to walk to Mongkok area using the bridge. Difficult to find halal restaurant nearby the area. |

The Royal Plaza is very centrally located. We enjioyed easy access to clothes shops and coffeeshops, also to markets. Staying here was very easy ands also surprisingly inexpensive for a hotel of this calibre. My partner was unhappy with the lifts. |

Great value. Room price was discounted to less than HK$700. Large room, very clean, large comfortable bed. Superb breakfast buffet, though not cheap. Hotel is located above the train station to Shenzhen. |

Convenient. Near to the MTR station which brings us to almost everywhere. The room is spacious and really comfortable. The washroom is clean as well. We have two FREE bottles of water after every room cleaning. Security is good,we need the keycard to the elevators and at night the staff ensures that only hotel guests could enter the elevator. The dim sum of the restaurant is only available starting at 11.30 a.m. which is a drawback. We were expecting a nice breakfast of dim sum when we learned that dim sum is only available at that time, which is far from breakfast. The food quality puts it up but we were still a little disappointed. |

We loved the location of the Royal Plaza. It is in Mongkok amongst all the hustle and bustle of local life, as well as attached to Grand Century Place whcih is a large shopping mall with a department store, food court, hundreds of shops, restaurants and a multiple cinema complex. |

Upgraded room made available withouot request. All day availability of food/drink in executive suite (floor 18).Free bottles of water in the room. Majority of staff very friendly and professional. Excellent room and view and location. The breakfast waas supposed to be served from 7-10:30 am. We arrrived at 10:20 two mornings and they were clearing some of the food away. On pointing this out to a staff member she was quite rude and seemed to take the matter personally in being very unprofessional thereafter. Also the bar area/foyer was just too cold at night to sit in comfort (and we are from Ireland!). |

The location of the hotel is near the shopping mall and people market, so you can do choice for doing shoping at both places it's not about the hotel, but maybe I came in the wrong time, because there's swine influence so it is affected the atmosphere at the hotel. |
