Cet hôtel est très bien situé au coeur d'un quartier très animé dont les rues les plus populaires sont accessibles en quelques minutes à pied. L'accès au métro est également très aisé et rapide (5mn). La salle de sport ainsi que la piscine, jacuzzi et sauna sont fantastiques. Hotel propre et calme malgré son grand nombre de chambres. Taille des chambres correct. Petit déjeuner buffet à prix prohibitif (190HK$) mais accès rapide au centre commercial contigüe à l'hôtel qui offre plus de possibilités... Décoration des chambres classiques. |

J'ai tout aimé pourtant je suis tres critique lorsque cela ne ma plait pas , on est vraiment dans un palace de haut standing pour un prix plus que raisonable . Aucunes chaines en français . |

Très propre, calme, j'ai été très satisfait du séjour sous réserve de 2 petits défauts à prendre en comte pour faire votre choix. Tous les services additionnels sont très chers : passer un coup de fil à l'étranger (5 euros), pressing, internet, consigne bagage... Faites attention sur ces services, ne pas en abuser. Le second défaut mineur est que l'hôtel n'est pas super bien situé. |

Very comfortable and relaxing hotel to stay in. The service of the housekeeping is also fast. Staff are friendly and easily accessible to amenities. It will be perfect if there is shuttle bus to and fro to the ferry terminal. Not sure whether they do provide any shuttle bus to and fro to the airport because I took my flight from macau. It will be perfect if they do have shuttle bus to pick guest from airport and ferry terminal! |

I enjoyed my stay with the Royal Plaza, the room's maids were nice and friendy.The pool staff were nice and helpful. The only thing I didn't like was my room was right at the end of the hall, therefore every time I return with my shopping I had to walk miles before getting back to rest. |

I always like the location of this hotel due to its proximity to good transport such as MTR and trains to China. Indifferent service. Sometimes when you are a guest here the service is great and other times its mediocre. I wish it was just great all the time. |

The location of the hotel is perfect! It's a lot of places to do shopping there, close to MTR. The internet is too ixpensive. |

I liked the fact that it is connected to a mall. It is much more convenient to have everything you need to get downstairs at the mall when you have your children. Taxi is right outside the front door if we needed to go anywhere else. Room is spacious. Mattress is new. Comfy pillows and clean sheets everyday. Would definitely recommend hotel to friends and family. |

The staff that welcomes you was very nice and also provided me with an acceptable offer and it proves to be perfect for my business trip (i mean the package breakfast + internet + afternoon tea + business diner). The shower water was long to get warm and the temperature was not very hot. This needs to be checked. |

The executive room plus the complementary services were outstanding value for money. The friendly helpfull staff were dedicated to all your wishes. The location is good. 3 mrt stations in the area. The free shuttle service from the Airport Express is nice. |

The rooms were spacious and the staff were excellent. The location was good and the meals at the hotel were very affordable and a good variety. The pool was spectacular, with under water music!! The beds were 4 feet wide. This was a very cosy double. Internet access was expensive |
