viaggiando da sola per lavoro è il posto ideale perchè è tutto vicino e non c'è bisogno di avventurarsi per hong kong: metro, shopping centre, mercati vari. |

Convenience to the rail station, spacious room, next to shopping mall for restaurants and stores. Staff is helpful. The breakfast buffet was a disappointment. Most of the hot foods were cold: bacon, french toast, eggs, bacon. |

The hotel is well located and convenient to shops and markets outside the hotel itself. Great to pick up necessities when travelling with a small child - or just to eat in the food hall which is good value and quality. The Chinese restaurant in the hotel is also very good. We were allowed to get into our room early which was a great plus after a long flight with a young child. The free shuttle into town is also a plus. The check-in and check-out process was very slow and could be improved. The hotel is a bit tired and worn - without the polish of some other 5 star hotels in Asia. However it was totally suited to our needs. |

it was a very nice place convenient to all. you will not regret staying in this hotel internet is not free at all , They will charge you 40 Hongkong dollars even if u useit for only 5 minutes |

It was very centrally situated for city shoppng, easy transport, sightseeing opportunities, night markets and business contacts. Staff spoke enough English to be extremely helpful for first time visitors to the city, which we were. The breakfasts were expensive. One does not mind the cost for dinners, but for a simple breakfast, perhaps you could think of an alternative cost. |

Very close to 2 Metro stops. Part of a large Shopping Mall Complex. Que to check in/out was always long. No Concierge Desk. |

Staff very accomodating and friendly in particular the room attendants.The pool and gym facilities were excellent with a jacuzzi and sauna/steam rooms,Rooms were clean and comfortable with a view over city.The location of the shopping malls and mtr was very handy.Good room service,excellent food and quick delivery High price of meals including breakfast at the hotel.The price of wifi connection was too high and should be free. |

Very comfortable and relaxing hotel to stay in. The service of the housekeeping is also fast. Staff are friendly and easily accessible to amenities. It will be perfect if there is shuttle bus to and fro to the ferry terminal. Not sure whether they do provide any shuttle bus to and fro to the airport because I took my flight from macau. It will be perfect if they do have shuttle bus to pick guest from airport and ferry terminal! |
