Shuttle service every 10/15 minites to city. View of the lake and beach. Cleanliness. I did not like two different price for two nights. It should have some justification. |

while checking-in, front desk staff verified hotel rate but didn't state that rate was tax inclusive, so i just asked if it's supposed to be the same as the quote i received from booking. |

the pool is good, room is big. the bed is hard, not comfortable, only one restaurant, the tap is too far from the sink, not easy to use the sink due to the above cupboard. |

dinner buffet was higher than expectation for a hotel-type-buffet, nice design of washroom, complimentary swimming and gym facilities website stated complimentary wireless access in public areas, but by the time i check-in, it's not anymore, this maybe false-advertising; hotel shuttle should be more frequent and extend until at least midnight, 1030pm is a bit early; English level of front desk staff need improvement. |

The hotel service was good. My room was clean, comfortable, quiet and rather spacious by Hong Kong standards. Guests in the rooms closer to the freeway/bridge might find it a bit noisy. |

The calm and the serene surrounding of your location and the warmth and the Hospitality of the staff. When we arrived from Macau,me and my wife were given one welcome drink voucher although the room booking was for two guests !??! |

Nice modern hotel. Great view. Quiet. Shuttle bus to MTR (subway) and Kowloon was very convenient. Would recommend. The location was calmer, but the website map wasn't where I thought the hotel was. |

Free bus trips to MRT and Royal Garden Hotel, Kowloon For an international hotel they had very little idea of ways to please someone from the UK or Australia. E.g. normal celyon tea and fresh milk in the fridge would have been good. |

The seaview. It is too hot in the hallway and cannot breath. When I entered the room, its much better. Also, we live at 19th Floor and its hard to take the luggage as there is no elevator on that 19th Floor. The distilled water is really expensive cost about HK$25 but the price from the vending machine is only HK$7.50 |

Good from a transit hotel if you know where to find the hotel shuttle - 20 to 30 minutes each way. You have to go to Terminal 2 and buy a ticket at shop C7 opposite Bus Gate 27. Cost is HK$100. The return trip cost more - HK$120. Beautiful view of the sea. Rooms are clean, spacious and quiet - sound proof. Staff are very helpful and courteous. Access to the hotel is off a highway ramp. There is absolutely nothing around the hotel - no shops, no restaurants, even on the beach. There seems to be only one restaurant in the hotel which caters to Chinese tour groups with buffets for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The a la carte menu is very limited. Another restaurant was advertised but I could not find it. |

The quiet environment with nice harbour view, we have the comfortable staying, as we stayed on 19/F, the highest floor available by elevator is 18/F only, we need to walk by staircase going to our floor, and we can see the outside harbour view there, very beautiful... only the pillow too soft, the water pressure not strong enough, |

low price we booked a non smoking room but they provided us a smoking room. finally we can only change to twin bed room. I don't think it is reasonable for they charge me HK5 for each local call. |

The Room was nicely decorated and the customer service was great. Also the free shuttle service was very handy. It was quite stuffy in the hotel lobby, they need to put some air con on. |
