I like the great view from our room and the free shuttle to tsuen wan mtr & airport - bell boy did not assist us in bringing luggage to our room as well as loading it to the shuttle. they can see me already having a hard time with the luggage but no help at all...can't help but compare with another hotel we stayed in. |

The sea view from the room was very appealing. The food was excellent. The service at the conciegre desk was outstanding. Cleanliness was really good. The staff at front desk were impolite. |

The view is excellent and room is clean and tidy. Hotel staff is helpful and services are good. The location is far from city centre and the room is a little bit small. The breakfast is not up to my expectation. |

Close to the aiport, we used it for one night as we had an early flight the next day. The room was good value for money. The staff in the upstairs restaurant was very nice & helpful, also the buffet was good value for money. The view from the room was great. The staff at the reception was not helpful or friendly at all, very bad in English & gave us completely wrong information on various questions (taxi, shuttle bus, restaurants, ...). Big troups of Chinese tourists occupying elevators & halls, making a lot of noise in the rooms & hallways during the night. |

The hotel location was very beautiful and the stuff was cooperative especially Jacky Kan and Allen those tow boys where with continues cooperation all the time. Bus drivers most of them are showing upset face all the time and when you say good morning, or what ever the time is they do not reply to you. |

The interior design is not luxurious, but it looks elegant no matter in lobby, corridor and inside room. It makes me feel comfortable and like coming home. The view is not good, facing the mountain and highway. I guess the seaview will not be much better, as it should be blocked by Ting Kau Bridge. |

The staff was very friendly, the room was very good (especially the bathroom with royal shower) and the name of the hotel is worth it! Furthermore the gym was very good; enough variety of workouts and royal opening-times. The fact that the pool and sauna were closed. |

Hotel is excellent with the exception that it's very far away from anywhere. Cost of over $40 HK by taxi just to get to a shopping centre to have dinner. |

It's a very nice hotel, clean and new. Worth the price but I would prefer a more closer to major area. A bit far away from shopping/attractions, altho they provide shuttle bus, still not so convenient. |

Free internet access in the lobby. Thats it! Nobody welcomed us to help us with the luggages, especially because we came late night, and we were very tired, so we had to carry 5 luggages upstairs by ourselves with a 3 year old child. we had a reservation for a room, but it wasn't ready so they offered us a handicapped room. When we entered the room, it was so small and no space to put the luggages. There was not any complimentary water bottles so we asked the front desk if they had a vending machine, although, it turned out to be broken down so we had to use a taxi to go to a 10 minute store and use our money (family mart) there were also some dust bunnies under the bed. we were supposed to stay in the hotel for 5 days, but we checked out early and only spent 1 day. |

The rooms were clean the beds comfortable, shower hot with good pressure. There was no organization in the morning. The Lobby was crowded with various groups and no attempt was made to organize them. One group was extremely loud and pushy. As a result we missed our shuttle bus to catch our train to the airport and had to pay for a taxi. The night before we arrived late and the only beverage facilities were the mini bar and a vending machine; and the vending machine wasnt working. It was near no other place were one could relax or get a beverage. |

I liked being able to travel into the centre of Hong kong to see tourist atrractions and come back and relax by the beach . The location of the hotel was good because you had a good veiw of the sea |

Friendly staff and will answer most of the questions,room is fairly good size in Hong Kong, shuttle bus is helpful due to the isolated location of the hotel. I stayed 24 nights in the hotel was not allow to use the laundry facility due to not a monthly tenant.I was in the non smoking floor and still smell smokes from time to time.If shuttle bus runs one more hour later in the day would be very helpful. |

View from the room, size of the rooms was great and exceptional service from staff. Shuttle bus ran on time to schedule. Would have been nice for the shuttle bus to run a little bit later at night till 12 for example. |
