Pidimme uima-altaasta ja henkilökunta oli ystävällistä. Hotellin tarjoilu oli ylihinnoiteltua. Esin. tea set. Hotellin lähellä ei ole mitään palvelua josta voisi ostaa esim. välipalaa tai käydä syömässä. |

Hotel was very clean. Shuttle service was prompt and helpful I had paid for upgradation to a sea view room, that specifically had a view of the Tsing Mai Bridge. During check in I had to remind the reception staff of the request made earlier, to which I was informed that I shall have to wait for a room with Tsing Mai Bridge. The timing of the sauna, steam and children room have been selected for people who would stay in-doors the entire day. Those taking a round of the city would surely miss these activities within the hotel. |

Hotel is great value for money. As others have said it is too far out of the shoping centres. Sadly there are no facilities nearby. the beach was polluted and you could not swim. They also have a major problem in that they allow smoking in most of the bedrooms and this permeates throughout the whole of the bedrooms even the no smoking ones |

Good room size Good gym facility Hotel is 30 minutes to Kowloon and if you want to go anywhere you have to vatch a taxi or a shuttle. The beds are extremely hard and we left early because of this. |

Again the room was very clean & comfortable, love the bathroom shower! Breakfast buffet was delicious and the playroom was great for my 2 year old. The shuttle driver from SkyExpress was more helpful this time round and actually brought the bus down to the front door rather than stopping on the nearby road. Dinner is very pricey and doesnt start til 6.30pm which was too late for eating with a 2 year old. And the room service doesnt start until 11.30pm! So we had to order in McDonalds instead in order to eat early enough for bedtime for my 2 year old. |

Although the location is not good, the hotel has free shuttle that take their guests to the mtr. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are clean. The housekeeping are friendly. I would recommend this hotel to the travellers going to hongkong. The rate is cheaper compared to other hotels. |

The hotel is wonderful,clean,and the bedsheet /towels are clean.Equally important is WIFI inclusive in the hotal tarrif that makes it a compelling attraction to us. We will definitely return in our numerous trips to Hong Kong each year for business-cum-leisure, if hopefully, we can still get the same terms. The only real incovenience is that the location is really isolated and far away from town.But then this has to be weighed against the free Wifi that is so important to us making plans on the move |

We found the hotel staff very helpful, the shuttle bus very convenient so made travelling anywhere very easy and inexpensive. The hotel room very clean and comfortable. Breakfast very good value all in all great hotel. |

Free shuttle bus to neearest mtr subway station is wonderful. Roughly one per half an hour. Good view from the hotel to te brigde. I was late for one night staying. And they forgot to let me know about shuttle bus to airport reservation 3-4 hours prior. Please notice that in case you want to go to airport by shuttle notify them in good time.. otherwise - taxi (~2 times more expensive) |

Fairly close to the airport with a shuttle bus. Rooms were large and very comfortable with air con that actually worked. The hotel had a kids play room as well which was fantastic with a 2 year old. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty, and also suitable for my 2 year old. And very cheap too. Good hotel for a stop over. At check in it was obvious that I had a pushchair, and yet I was given a room that was on the 19th floor. The lift only goes to the 18th floor and then there are stairs to the 19th floor. Odd considering it meant I would have to take my child out the pushchair and carry him up, and then come back down for the pushchair. The shuttle bus stopped on the roadside on a hill, rather than taking us down to the hotel door. It meant I had to leave my luggage on the roadside to go into the hotel to grab a bell boy to help me. Not very convenient. |

The view of the hotel overlook the habour is fantastic. the room facility is very comfortable with small pantry for making coffee make this hotel homey. The location is abit far from mtr. mtr is not in a walking distance. |

This hotel is an extremely good bargain for Hong Kong, the room was super comfortable and first class all the way, I booked it for 1659 HKD for three nights which is unheard of in HK. The restaurant had a surprisingly good buffet for all meals but it is a bit expensive. If your looking for a bargain rate on a 4 to 4.5 star place this is it for you. But you are far from Hong Kong Island and Kowloon so be prepared to ride the shuttle or take a cab everywhere. very expensive internet is an extra charge. The hotel is not near anything important so add travel time to everywhere you want to visit. |
