Royal View Hotel  

Hotel trochę daleko od centrum miasta ale dzięki busikom I metro da się to pokonać. śNiadania nie są w cenie ale były smaczne. Jest czysty basen I sauna. Pokoje I łazienki określiłbym jako małe ale jeżeli się tylko nocuje a nie przebywa przez cały dzień w hotelu to to nie przeszkadza. Hotel położony jest przy dużym moście z którego jednak odgłosy nie są słyszalne w pokojach. Z okna miałem widok na zatokę na której odbywa sie spory ruch statków. Dla jednych to atrakcja dla innych wada.

Wadą hotelu która mi najbardziej przeszkadzała to to, że nie można otworzyć ani nawet uchylić okna. W pokojach jest oczywiście klimatyzacja ale powietrze wewnątrz chyba się nie wymienia co w połączeniu z klimą powoduje powstawanie nieprzyjemnego zapachu. Kolejna rzecz to płatny internet. W hotelach których dotychczas przebywałem o podobnych kosztach pobytu ta usługa była bezpłatna. I ostatnia rzecz. Wykupując pokój z widokiem na morze spodziewajcie się widoku morza ale również ogromnego mostu. Mieszkając na 9 pietrze zatokę oglądałem dosłownie spod mostu.

The housekeeping staff was very helpful and one gentleman at the front desk also, didn't get his name though. I wish I could say the same about the reservation agents.

I made several attempts in regards to holds on my credit card and the reservation agents did not make the best effort to assist me with my questions. I also needed to extend my stay for a few more days and the agents were of no help at all. There was a hold for $82.30 incase I was a "no show," I understand that but then two other hold were made one for $320.50 and a second for $816.00. Why two holds I don't understand. I hope there are no further issues and those holds don't cause me any future problems.

We love this hotel it's our second time staying there. The hotel is gorgeous, clean and the rooms. Bathroom is very nice too.

It's described as an airport hotel however it is not close to the airport. It was a 200hk taxi ride.

We loved the pool at the hotel, and would have enjoyed the gym if we had not had a child with us. The shuttle service was great, and ran exactly to schedule. The service staff were friendly and the breakfast buffet was great. Our room was comfortable and clean and nice and quiet.

The only drawback is the location as you are somewhat captive to the hotel's offerings for eating and there did not appear to be much in the area that could be walked to in a short time. The location probably also adds to the peace and quiet, however.

The Best thing about Royal View Hotel is the friendly staff specially Milk, Anna and Carmen who were very curteous and helpful. Although the Hotel is located away from the city it had a shuttle service to and fro the MTR almost every 15 mins. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is interested and if I ever visit Hongkong again I will definitely stay at this Hotel. The Hotel also has a beautiful Pool, kids play area which I was happy about....My kids and my husband were all satisfied at this hotel.....Flora (Dubai)

Breakfast was not included in the rate, so it was kinda difficult with kids to arrange your own breakfast as the buffet breakfast rate was too expensive.

Shuttle bus service which help to access to the city and connecting transportation easily.

No free internet service. The hotel has to charge me $120 per hour which is unreasonably high. This made me very inconvenience to check about email.

The booking website stated there was a shuttle from the airport. When I arrived at Hong Kong this wasn't the case. The 300HKD cab ride was an unexpected expense I did not need.

It was a comfortable stay and although the location is a little remote, the hotel bus service was regular and competent.

I enjoyed to stay in this hotel a little outside from the city of Honkong and its hustle. Though being closely located below one of Honkong's cable bridges, it is quite quiet and offers a nice view over the sea. It has good facilities, and also has a nice restaurant. My room was clean and had a living room and a separate bedroom. Staff was very friendly. So I think this hotel offers good quality for a reasonable price.
