as a repeated guest, I feel everything is value for money. However, the service projected from all level of staff seems to be declining. More training should be needed for the hotel staff. Too many PRC tours make the lobby and corridor of the floor very noisy. |

Very satisfy. First of all, much appreciate it's shuttle bus service between Hotel & MTR station every 20 mins ! this is one of the key point that I pick the choice. ( because I'm local HK people living in East Kowloon) the price is worthy for the room type & the service. Late check out at 14:00 also a nice surprise/bonus ! The only thing need to improve was the buffet b/fast which choice could be wider. Anhway, I enjoy the stay thank you. |

Shuttle bus service is very good and convenient. I have been staying at this hotel for two years. Every time I stay for 2-3 weeks. I found most of the mattresses in the hotel rooms are getting old and soft affecting the quality of sleep. I had to request changing my room just to look for a better mattress. |

房間空間跟跟其他香港的飯店比起來 空間算蠻大了! 個人還蠻喜歡他們飯店的空間! 有車到亞博館 但是還要付費 感覺不是很好！一個人單程要 HK 50 ! 收費有點偏高! |

整體而言都還不錯....飯店比想像中的好! internet 是免費的 但是要跟櫃台要聯接線...！ 地點比較不好, 但是有接駁車所以也還可以!!!但是接駁車很小 司機態度不是很好, 可能是因為需要被計時, 也不會幫忙搬運行李! 只會跟你說快一點 快一點! 沒有大行李就還好! |

每天的打扫很及时。酒店的免费穿梭巴士很准时。LCD TV很高档，节目也很多，适合大多数人群。大窗户，很明亮，风景也很好，让我们心情很舒畅。汀九大桥对视野- 的影响并不大。 位置稍微偏远，不适合时间安排很紧的人士。穿梭巴士很早就结束了，而且到旺角和尖沙咀的巴士很少，稍微有点- 遗憾。网速太慢了，如果收费远不值那个价格，不过还好现在免费。 |

The room is clean and comfortable.房間乾淨、舒適。 If you would like to travel in Hong-Kong city, the hotel is a little bit far away from center.The passengers have to take shuttle service to train station,so normally you will stay outside all day long and couldn't go back hotel and take rest, it will waste too much time. A small beach is nearby the hotel, but I couldn't reach it, there are fences around the beach. 環境很清幽，但離市區有段距離，雖然有接駁專車可以坐，還是浪費了太多的時間。旁邊有海灘，可是走下去階梯- 後發現鐵網環繞，似乎是專屬於某個俱樂部。 |

check out 時候很火大, 怎可以收取免付費電話費用 且每打一通香港800電話,(使用國際電話卡前要先打當地國家免付費專線)飯店就收去HK30, 一整個感覺被騙了, 住了4天3夜一共要我多支付HK660, 而且還是香港當地免付費電話, 而飯店給我的理由是, 因為電話機要保養, 我聽了差點沒吐血, 之後要不是因為氣不過, 據理力爭下飯店也因為說不出個理由出來, 最後我要求全額退費HK660給我, 才到一段落.. 收取飯店其他費用不合理, 在房客說明本子上也解釋不是很清楚.建議, 只要跟收費有關部份, 請加以說明註解. |
