Royal Park Hotel

The rooms had everything you could need--a sofa, desk, water kettle--and were tastefully decorated. The fitness facilities were quite good, as was the pool.

I didn't like the fact that the bathroom light switch was outside of the bathroom. Also had some trouble sleeping as the bedding got quite clammy and sweaty.

Good location, helpful staff, very nice rooms, and at a very good price! My family and I would definitely stay there again the next time we're in Hong Kong!

I emailed the hotel about room preferences but did not get any response - the hotel's email support should be improved. Complimentary internet for guests would also be nice. It doesn't have to be hotel-wide -- even 2-3 terminals in an assigned area in the hotel would be good.

Rooms very spacious, comfortable. Cleaners did an excellent job.Staff very friendly and helpful. Late check out and exra bed request were granterd at once. My son locked the room from inside and staff was quick to attend to my problem, very thankful.

Was given smoking rooms which I had specified non smoking in the first place, though they chnaged it on the second night. Inconvenient, especially families with small children to go downtown and other attractions though mtr is nearby ,cos need to change trains often.

The room was very spacious, the bed very comfortable and the staff were very helpful. Also the pool and steam room and fitness centre were good. The hotel is adjacent to a large shopping centre.

You have to get the subway to Kowloon or Honk Kong Island, but I didnt mind that as it is an easy ride.

The bed is confortable

We arrived earlier abt 12:30 am , staff said only "disabled room" was available, otherwise hv to wait for 2-3hrs, we accept since we only stay for 1 night. the toilet basin is tooooooooooooo small! I think it also tooooo small for a disabled person!!!

Friendly staff and clean and good condition.Easy access to MRT and shopping centre.

Very convenient, comfortable and clean.

Only problem we had was that the internet was very slow and a little expensive.

The staff is very helpfull and polite. Especially at the reception: we want to mention Ms. Irene Lui (ass mngr) and Ryan. They were perfect.we also appreciate the tips from the concierge for public transport. Great....

The Price of the breakfast was absolutely too expensive for a continental breakfast. This was quite poor.
