Royal Park Hotel  

The service was exceptional. Hotel is a bit old but well maintained. Rooms are huge by Hong Kong standards. Easy access to MTR Shatin station and easy access by bus. Traveling to and from airport was a cinch.

We liked the spacious room with a view on the hills. Most comfortable bad, quite and relaxing atmosphere made our stay outmost enjoyable. Perfect location connected to the metro and a mall.

the pool the decor in the rooms is just right, not excessive

prices vary a lot, when its the higher price, it is too expensive

Convenient shopping malls, mtr, bus terminal, easy access by bus to airport.

Room is not sound proof. Toilet counter top is insufficient to put things.

staff were helpfull, not happy with first bedroom was offered another.

Some work being done at the hotel. And firest bedroom that was offered to us was smelling quite bad, damp musty smell.

Take a41 bus to airport, or sha tin station to take train anywhere there's a mall next to hotel which was convenient to buy food shopping. Excellent location. 45 min to airport. I love their pool!

I wanted somewhere close to the airport but its okay coz transport was convenient.

A very very good hotel... Friendly staff, location was near a huge mall, cinema, big room and has all u need in the hotel eg iron, ironing board, umbrella, hairdryer,.. Just wow really... Very very very much recommended... Value for money

The distance to TST but the shuttle service provided by the hotel is really convenient and on time... Can't find any fault with this hotel:)

The hotel has spacious room comparing with other hotels in HK. It locates right beside a shopping mall and metro station. The staff is very helpful and polite by all means.

Though it is close to the metro, it still takes about half an hour to get to the city center and other sights. a texi drive from the city center costs approximately 80 HKD.

Hotel is well connected to New Town Plaza I and III and there's plenty of food nearby. Shatin train station is also within the shopping center.

Very clean, comfortable, lovely bed, safety box in the room, free high speed wi-fi, good facilities (including sauna & swimming pool), staff helpful, professional, spoke decent English; the hotel is integrated into a large shopping mall that incorporates also the Shan Tin metro and bus stations (you can do shopping, eating out, and catch the metro & bus directly from the hotel without having to go outdoors (quite handy during heavy downpours as we have experienced). Getting to the hotel from the airport: red taxi HK$270 - 30min, public bus A41 (stops in front of the hotel) HK$22 / 45min;

We didnt mind those but some people might: 1. Zero character, the hotel is simply a very efficient, clean and comfortable accomodation machine, it does what it says on the tin, but don't expect an intimate visiting-friends-kind-of-experience. 2. Unless your have busines in the New Territories (as we did) you may find the hotel's location slightly out of hand; however nothing is too far in Hong Kong and we would make it by metro to Victoria in 30minutes (2 changes).

It's a nice hotel, with co operative staff, good size room, you can access the mall easily from the hotel, free wifi started from April, easy transport by using bus, taxi or metro, though its a little bit far from the Center

No good isolation amongs room and corridor, so you can hear easily anyone pass through it

I kinda love the ambiance, the staff are helpful and friendly, and accessible to the train station and bus stops....

The wifi should be free just like in other hotels....

The executive rooms on the 16th floor are excellent value and include extras, buffet breakfast, afternoon tea and evening drinks and snacks. lounge and attentive service from staff servicing just this floor.

Just a little far from centre but excellent transport.

It is near subway station and a big park were you can haw a good time. It's safe to walk around by, have lot of shopping near too and places to eat also. The pool, amazing!

Location close to amenities. Free shuttle bus to Tsim Sha Tsui. Decent sized rooms.

No free wifi in lobby or hotel rooms. Internet access is charged in 24 hour blocks.
