the restaurants and bar were readily available the staff, by and large, seemed to presume you would be gone soon, so if something wasn't quite great, like burned coffee in the restaurants, slow service or talking to someone else while you were checking in and were trying to get their attention to ask a few routine questions, it would be of little or no consequence. Overall, indifferent and sometimes rude service. And my room had a mystery door, which was no big deal until the next room was occupied and I was forced to hear every detail of his phone calls and tossing and turning. When I turned on theTV to mask the noise, he, in turn, banged on the wall/door to (presumably) express his distaste |

The location of the hotel was good attached to the shopping centre and close to the train station. Swimming pool and steam room facilities was great. If you have any questions or enquiries during your stay make sure you ask the reception during the day, the evening team are useless and impolite. During my stay I wanted to add an extra day, spoke to a young girl in the morning and she give me a quote and said once I have made my decision to tell the reception staff in the evening. When I told them I wanted to stay another night, they kept saying because I booked online it was difficult to add another night and they could not confirm what price they could charge, that was until I told them the quote I was quoted in the morning and the name of the person I spoke to. |

Away from centre of HKong.. not many westerners .. Nice river to walk by. Hotel was not really geared to support getting about by international visitors. Not even a map to show where we were either in relation to the rest of HK or the airport or to how we might get to any places of interest. There was a bus and train map (which was printed so small you could hardly read it) Despite yr website info, there was no Wireless Internet (but I could use a computer) |

The hotel is very responsive to our request like iron, extra bath towels etc. The same cleaner we used every day was nice and made us so welcomed. The location couldn't be better as you would shop and eat all day in the complex away from the heat or rain. The train station is just a couple of minutes away. There is a public bus to and from the airport with a stop at the hotel every 20 minutes. We could not use the gym for the rate we paid online. There was hardly anyone using it. |

The hotel is situated at a very convinent location, next to Shatin New Town Plaza (shopping mall) and it is very convinent to take bus A41 to the hotel from the airport. Also, we visit Hong Kong during the summer season, so with the A/C connected pathway to the Shopping Mall is a plus, we don't need to get on surface street. Since from the shopping mall, it is connected to the Shatin Train station, it is very easy to get to the city and other area in Hong Kong. No free coffee or tea bag in room, and no free internet. |

The hotel is located at a good location. easy access to bus station, and train station (to subway). room size is big when compare to other hotels in Hong Kong. No free internet service. Cost is $40/hour, $100/day, or $300/week. |

Location is good. There is airbus A41 from airport to the front door of hotel (4 stops). For shopping, the hotel is connected to New Town Plaza in Shatin. And it is close to train station in Shatin also. So going to City using train then subway is very easy. The room are very big when compare to other hotels in Hong Kong. |

I stayed 9 nights at the hotel. The staff were always eager to help and most polite. The room was clean and very comfortable. There was a river near by with a jogging track and a cycle path as well as parks close to the hotel. The metro was just across the street. All in all a very convenient place to stay without being in the centre of Hong Kong. You really would have difficulty beating this hotel for value for money |

hospitable staff, convenient shopping and transport, spacious room For a hotel of its grade, there should be basic provisions like tea bags, instant coffee bags in the room disregard the room category. Same for Cotton sticks as toiletry item too. |

The cleanliness of the hotel and the comfort of the room. The staff were very helpful and very friendly and polite. The location of the hotel is great, it's in a huge shopping mall and transport of the MTR is very handy. Would highly recommend. The charge of internet in the room was a little expensive although they have computers in the lobby but not sure if they were free or not. |
