1. Der bør i allerhøjeste grad være drikkevand - altså flasker med vand, f.eks.2 stk. hver dag, når der ikke er mulighed for at drikke vandet i hanerne. Jeg har boet på masser af hoteller og har aldrig oplevet denne mangel før. Vi fik at vide at vi bare kunne koge vandet og så afkøle det, eller vi kunne købe de i øvrigt dyre vandflasker i køleskabet. 2. 1. Gratis vand på flaske. 2. Vi fik to forskellige værelsestyper - et med to single beds og et med en queen bed. Vi ville begge have haft en dobbeltseng, altså queen bed, men jeg havde ikke udspecificeret det på bestillingen. I øvrigt burde der være en rubrik eller en eller anden mulighed for at angive netop dette - enkeltsenge eller dobbeltsenge. |

at der var frisk frugt på værelset jeg var utilfreds med at man skal betale (65 hk dollars) for at bruge træningscentret. I forvejen betaler man mange penge for rummet. Det burde inkl fri adgang til træning. De har i forvejen fri adgang til smømmehallen, jeg kan ikke se forskellen. |

The hotel staff were very efficient and polite. Also the hotel is very central to all transport both in and out of Hong Kong as well as local travel. For a bit extra the harbour view rooms are definitely worth it. I did not think the breakfast menu was too appealing however the dinner meals were excellent. |

the hotel is right in Kowloon. It is close to shops, restaurants, the harbour and easy to get to and from the airport via the train and bus shuttle. |

staff were friendly & helpful, room was spacious and well appointed. we got an early entrance which we appreciated after our long plane trip, and an extended check out time which we also were thankful for. it is such a wonderful location!! i liked the tea making faclities, although there was only 2 ordinary tea bags in the cupboard, but the cleaning lady was happy to give us a couple more. The only negative comment is that when you first enter the hotel foyer there is a strong Chlorine smell, probably from the swiming pool, and it is excessively cool. |

Service was polite and efficient; room was very spacious and comfortable (I got an upgrade to a suite; location in Kowloon was excellent. I was given an extra hour for late check-out Nothing I can recall. |

The location of the hotel is excellent. The hotel is well maintained, secure, clean and priced competitively. The staff were all friendly and helpful. As it is located near several 4 and 5 star hotels, you sometimes get vthe impression that it is a little down-market. |

The facilities, ambience and level of service far exceeded expectations. My family are seasoned travellers and found The Salisbury YMCA to be on par with a 4-star hotel. It was unfortunate that our bathroom became flooded on the second day of our stay. Thankfully it was clean water and the staff were very prompt in rectifying the problem and cleaning up. |

The hotel is located in good place: 100m to metro entrance, 300m to the walking street along the Harbor and the ferry from which one may go by boat to the Central district, close to museums, malls, 500m to the park. From a room with (partial-) Harbor-view one may see the Show of Lights. Room isn't small. Stuff is friendly, them english is acceptable. Room and halls are cleaned good. Food is good: meat, seafood, fruits. Pool is quite well. It is a little bit cold in reception hall. |

The whole experience was good, from reception through to check out, service and smiles were exceptional. The staff always try to please. The aircon was a bit difficult to control and the dining room was too cold for us. |
