Hotellet ligger mkt bra med vacker utsikt över HongKong ön och alla fantastiska neonskyltar (otroligt på kvällen). Jättenära till Starferry men även bra shopping i kvarteret! Mkt bra och serviceinriktad personal. |

I stayed in a harbour view room ... the view was fantastic especially during the night. Should be able to view the light show from the room. But, I miss that out as was not able to be back by then. The light show performance is from 8pm every night. Overall, I've a pleasent stay and definitely will come back again :) likes - location. it's near to the Tsim Sha Tsui station, about 2 mins walk. The view from room is fantastic, harbour view room is recommended! |

Excellent location, comfortable and clean room, good buffet breakfast, helpful staff. Lobby area being renovated but should be completed by mid December. |

The overall quality of the room ,service and restaurant were excellent.The remodelling of the foyer presented no problems with reception or noise. The hotel offers good value for money.Recommended |

We found the hotel is very clean and confortable. The location is very convenient being centrally located to all the shops and all public transport modes. Just across the road, you can enjoy the symphony of light of the HK skyscrapers at 8:00pm daily. Fruit basket on arrival is very good. There was not enough sign directions to the small hotel side entrance when we caught a bus (A21) from airport to Hotel. At night it was hard to find and also there was construction on the street levels around the hotel and renovation in the lobby area of the hotel resulted main entrance closure at night time. We hoped this is only temporary until the construction is completed. |

The half-sea view and the room was very bright. Free fruits will be provided after check-in. But our room didn't have any fruits. After calling the reception twice, the fruits have been provided. |

Wonderful position close to ferry and shopping. Great view of the harbour from room (extra paid). First class restaurant with excellent service. |

the location was good. yes the renovation at the hotel and the roads . to get to the harbour frontyou have to make one big round. |

The location was absolutely excellent. The facilities and staff were excellent, despite some alterations going on, and the staff were very helpful.Only possible criticism - the dining room was, despite the view, unimaginative I.E. the decor was slightly staid. My other criticism is for you [booking.com] I did not understand the authroisation procedure, and at the first hotel I stayed in booked through your system, thought I had already paid, when I had apparently only "authorised" things - I still do not really understand this system. I suggest that you explain on your site how the system works. This would avoid unpleasant misunderstandings such as I had briefly at the Ass |

The location is excellent and the room (we were upgraded to a harbour view suite) was very good. The value for money was also excellent. Everything met our expectations and there was nothing we didn't like. |

Central location with breathtaking views. Very convenient to move around city by Ferry and MTR. Close to main shopping streets and many excellent food places. Lifts can be very slow to arrive |

The location of the hotel is good, we were able to get good meals as room service and in the restruant if we did not want to eat out. The staff were helpful and it was handy being able to wash and dry clothes when required. |

Location was excellent, staff were amazing, rooms were very well appointed and fantastic value. This was right next door to some of the most luxurious hotels in Kowloon and was every bit as good for a fraction of the cost. I would definitely stay again! Watch the buffet in the restaurant on Lvl 4, it is a expensive for what it is. Better value can be found only a few minutes walk in any direction from the hotel!! |
