服务人员很热情，早上都会主动SAY MORNING,房间很大很干净，设施很齐全。地处香港尖沙咀最繁华的地段，逛街，搭天星小轮，坐地铁都很方便。 房间有各种一次性用品，但没有提供一次性拖鞋，虽然环保但游客不方便，应在预定网页上给出提示。 |

The location of the hotel is good, we were able to get good meals as room service and in the restruant if we did not want to eat out. The staff were helpful and it was handy being able to wash and dry clothes when required. |

Location was excellent, staff were amazing, rooms were very well appointed and fantastic value. This was right next door to some of the most luxurious hotels in Kowloon and was every bit as good for a fraction of the cost. I would definitely stay again! Watch the buffet in the restaurant on Lvl 4, it is a expensive for what it is. Better value can be found only a few minutes walk in any direction from the hotel!! |

We loved the courteous staff, the fact that we were upgraded to such a wonderful family suite overlooking the harbour. The reception staff were extremely helpful in advising us regarding restaurants and activities and provided very helpful maps. |
