The Club Lounge and service is one of the best in HK. The Club rooms (no Smoking) were excellent and clean!!

Cannot open the windows!!

Fantastic location with very generous room sizes and decent value for money. Easy access to all HK has to offer from this location and a short cab ride from the airport express station at Kowloon. Harbour view rooms are worth the small extra price, fantastic views to be enjoyed.

Swimming pool is a little small but better than nothing at all.

Excellent Location for shopping directly at Nathan Road and in walking distance to the Harbour Mall but also central to reach all over Hong Kong.

I loved the view from my habourview room, from the Sky Lounge and the rooftop pool terrace! The hotel really has a perfect location. I also liked the room itself which was very big, clean and nice. I also appreciated the friendlyness and good English of the staff and the quick check-in and check-out. All in all, I enjoyed my stay very much.

The location, room booked and then upgrade and general assistance and friendliness of staff.

Excellent location in good shopping district. Next to underground train station and good bus services at front door. The staff service is exceptional and they are eager to offer assistance and provide insight. Excellent knowledge of city and location of services and sights. In house restaurant is good and others are available nearby.

No free wifi in guest rooms. Free in lobby and restaurant on a timed connection.

We find it inadmissible that hotels of this calibre still charge for the internet in the room and other areas. Simply unacceptable

Rooms were excellent. View of the harbor was great. The staff were well trained and attentive

The restaurant was poor. All Of The Buffett breakfast was cold. The coffee was cold. The evening meals in the restaurant were basic and uninspiring . Enjoy the hotel , but eat out !

The room is big. it is situated in a very convenient location.

this was a bad experience to stay in Sheraton, when I checked in, I talk with then about maybe I will stay two nights in their hotel, so everything is fine until I call them again to make sure I can stay one more night, but they just say there is no more rooms for that day. no body from the hotel tell me if I want to stay one more day? so my family(me, my wife, two kids) need to find the another hotel on the street....I just can not believe this is the service from a 5 stars hotel.

Wait for check in, staff were of opinion better than guests rather than equals.tiles in bathroom not clean could see dirt ans smudges from previous occupants. Old hotel

Choice of food for breakfast was extremely wide ranging and of very high quality with excellent service. Concierge service was very comprehensive.

There were no menus for the cafe or restaurant in our room.i found it very confusing that there were 3 separate entrances to the hotel. Could these not be specifically named/numbered.

The view was incredible - worth booking the harbour view room. Breakfast was excellent.

It was a shame the pool was closed

The staff particularly Christina in the Cafe gave the best service we have experienced .Nothing was too much trouble Location perfect for transport as a tourist

Everything ran very smoothly from the Limo pick up & quick check-in. The evenings in the Lounge on the executive floors. Everthing was replaced in the room each day.

Paying for WIFI (which century do you live Sheraton?) with bad connections, had to re-connect every 10 min. Standing space in the bathroom is just 60cm wide...

A great location over looking the harbour with excellent views. As expected the staff were very efficient and friendly. Breakfast was excellent Hong Kong is a great city with an excellent transport system making it easy to get around.

On the Friday, after a night out, we wanted to relax with a late night cocktail but this proved impossible with only one very crowded bar (the Sky lounge on the 18th floor). The hotel needs to consider its residents
