The place was clean and the staff pretty good. Overall felt I may stay again here.
The lunch - was NOT as described - Italian buffet with NO buffet at all.
Room to small
The nite market and I he lady's ma let were very close
The beds were a litte short
Breakfast not much choice. Everyday is the same menu.
location is good, near the bus station to airport.
the bed sheets and pillow, there is too dirty and hard, not feel comfortable
Within walking distance to Mongkok & Temple St nite markets and almost everything else. Staff was very helpful also.
Not too much, kind of a strange location considering whats around it, but hey, it not like I staying at a 5 stars hotel.
The room was very comfortable, the location was so accessible in our itinerary.. And the staff was so helpful..
Lack of closet to hang our clothes.. :-(
The only good thing about the hotel was the knowledge of the concierge.
No seaview at all and NO window. Booking.com should have told me that the room had no window. Bed too short and I am only 5.10 Wi-Fi connection was very poor Staff at reception hardly spoke English and we clearly under-staffed. Over-priced compared to similar rates paid by my friends at other hotels.
minutes walk to Temple street, a sight of HK's culture, great for first timers. near Yau Ma Tei mtr station.
room size. very tiny.
we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Cannot find any fault. The room had everything we needed and more. The staff is very friendly and gave us good service. The location is excellent, very close to MTR and shops. I would highly recommended Silka Seaview Hotel to my friends and will definitely stay at this hotel again when I visit Hong Kong.
Bathroom small cramp
The hotel is ok﹗
It is at very crowded and complicated area.
It's value for money, good location as is near train station . walking distance to bus stop for us to take bus to airport.
Bed sheet very old . Making the room look so dull.
Room too small
The room n toilet is very small.
Free transportation to hotel. Modern and for the time being well maintained. Rooms small but comfortable. Clean. Safety box in the room. Refrigerator. Bath tub.
Free shuttle bus doesn't go directly to the hotel. It does a detour to the other Silka hotel first. If in a hurry just take a taxi from Kowloon airport rail link station.
Very kind service Very good location Good value for the price
Close to Yau Ma Tei station; night fair right behind the hotel; clean place to stay.
Rooms are too small, but I know it's all like this small in HK; Breakfast is just to survive.
As far as we like the asian markets we enjoyed to have the night market in front of the hotel. Other markets like Jade and Ladies market are in a walking distance. Three Metro stations are 2 to 10 walking minutes away. After checking out (12am) the luggage can be safely stored without any costs.
Yes the best part of that hotel was the women cleaned our room she was amazing friendly and great asset to that hotel , the people behind desk should get training from her , they were not helpful , didnt smile , The other best thing was one women worked at night on counter she went out her way to get my cell phone number from Hong Kong so could ring home , pity rest staff were not like that
First i asked for a room with a bath and double bed ended up getting a room with twin beds and a bath so small i doubt my dog would have enjoyed it. The photos of the room are misleading , the size is small and the vuew to the sea hmmmmmmm what view to the sea. They told me that if i had tein beds could have a bath, thats not in their booking .com as they say , i asked asked exactely for a double bed with a bath .
- good size rooms - decent beds - very good wifi - luggage storage - great shower and free toiletries - free printer and computer for guests to use in the cafe - one street from Temple Markets
- there was no seaview, even in the cafe - reception staff were rude and abrupt (everyone else lovely though) - location was slightly too far away from where you'd want to be other than the markets
Good location, easy access to MTR
Awful price/confort ratio, for USD 200 per night u get a 10 sqm "Deluxe" room, and more than minimalistic breakfast. The internet site shows great pictures, but I did not recognize the room when I try hard to fit 2 trollers in the room. Very few from staff speak or understand english. I feel more comfortable in a 30 bucks hostel. For the same money per night we share with 4 other friends a 266 sqm three bedrooms suite in Bangkok few days later.
It's a cheap price with great location. I enjoyed my stay but the only complaint that I have was the poor wifi signal. I couldn't use my iPad to browse anything, at all. But overall I think it's good.
Poor wifi signal and no one picked up the front desk phone at night.
ROOM SIZE !!
Close to the MTR. Breakfast buffee OK. Free WiFi in room.
Small room - no place for lugage. Noisy air conditioning.
