The people were friendly and helpful with me. I didnt like that the wifi is not free. Also the bathroom drain of 1201 got stuck and I have to call someone to unclog the drain.

I would not recommend this hotel. It was dirty. I could hear other people through the walls. And it cost more than the nicer 4 to 5 star hotels I stayed in. Extremely dissapointing - the room is very small, the lift barely worked, the staff spoke poor English and the location turned to be further than I estimated. Also troubles with internet. Huge dissapointment. Not recomended. Will never stay in this hotel again.

It is closed to cheap local food. The staffs are friendly. The room is very small. The room smells of cigarette even I requested non-smoking room during booking. The shower head can move in any direction and the toilet floor ends up always wet.

I would recommend this hotel to all travellers with budget in mind. Though the hotel is not new and luxory, nor staff actively greeted us, we stayed the 2 nights comfortably and happily.

The staff was abrupt and unhelpful when I tried to ask for information. They actually told dad off because he had food poisoning and accidentally vomited on the bed. The room is so tiny- one will not be able to turn around in the little cubicle called bathroom without hitting oneself on either the door, the sink or the toilet bowl.

The Dorsett Kowloon is nicely located in the heart of Mong Kok, close to two MTR stations (Olympic and Mong Kok). Though not charming nor specially quiet is a good value for a city trip to Hong Kong. The room was very clean, the bathroom was spotless. The rooms are tiny and a bit expensive but that's Hong Kong! You may find cheaper options at local guesthouses but they are usually terrible. If you book ahead you may find some better options around, but the DKH is a safe second option if you don't find anything better (which is not that easy).
