It is wonderful to view the sun fall an dthe sun rise directly from my window. The sea looks beautiful in teh evening and the early morning. It is a fantastic view and expeience in Hong Kong. taxi cannot reach the hotel directly. One has to walk 50 meter with luggage. |

Location Very run down. I had to ask for a different room as the first room was very shabby and smelt of smoke. |

every member of staff was friendly and approachable, making us smile everytime we engaged with them. we stayed out of season and there was not much to do at Silvermine Beach, which was a shame, but served our purpose of going up to Tian Tan on an overnight stop over. |

walked and slept Taxi couldn't get close to hotel, so not so good with heavy luggage. Got charged for extra night even though I still stayed at the hotel having changed nights to suit me. The website said it was close to the airport which it was not. |

I liked the view and the proximity to the ferry that can take me to wan chai. I didn't like that I was booked at the 3rd floor and no one helped me carry my luggage to my room.. |

The location - 10 mins by foot or less from Mui Wo Ferry terminal on Lantau Island - is perfect. The hotel is right on Silvermine Beach, and Mui Wo is relaxed. Optional dinner and other services are quite expensive. However, there are a few dinner places in Mui Wo so this is not a biggie. |

Fantastic location on the beach but just a 45min ferry ride away from down town central HK. Great walks and scenery just like in old time rural China. Breakfast not so good and cost of hotel food exhorbitant........ but you don't need to eat and drink there as there are plenty of places to dine around the hotel and beach area. |

Countryside atmosphere with a relaxed neighborhood, which is not what you expect when you get to Hong Kong. In some rooms, the AC did not work properly. (room 1309, 1310) |

The country side and the beach is a relief. It is too far for a business traveller. They should respect customers.Since they have had bad experience they see /view all as absconders.Every second they ask for money even though we have paid .They should change the/modify their approach to seeking deposit or advance. They can achieve their objective very nicely. |
