Nice location, rooms are small, but clean and comfortable, free wi-fi. It was my second stay in this hotel. And I would stay there next time.

I have stayed here three times now. For me the location is great, far enough away from the main tourist spots to be a more authentic HK location. Walking distance to the harbour and the MTR close by. For a Hong Kong hotel it is very reasonably priced I found this time that the room was beginning to look a tad worn. My main thing i look for in a hotel is it needs to be spotlessly clean, this was clean but maybe standards have dropped ever so slightly

Good location, comfortable rooms, very good staff Hotel hold on deposit from credit card. We came at hotel, and hotel hold on amount more than in check list. Money will back after a few days later. Deposit will be come back after a month, I think

The hotel located on end of Kimberly street. You may need to walk up hill around 50 meter and this is the only cons point of the hotel. I am impressed with in-room welcome fruits on the first night and good bye chocolate on the last night of my stays. Staffs are very frindly and fluent in English speaking. Broadband Internet is free (good speed in day time but speed drop in night time). One more good point on this hotel, for extend stay from noon-6 p.m, you are charged in hourly basis at 60 HKD/hr. So you just pay extra 180 HKD when if you would like to check out at 4 pm instead of paying half-day rate in other hotel.

I was there already several times and always happy... They changed now: Wifi free in the room, not only in the hotel-lobby. In other hotels in HKG in the same luxury level you still have to pay up to 15 US $ per day.

Very comfortable room. I would have liked a room with a bath tub but apart from this the small space was designed very well. Staff very friendly and helpful also Elevators were very slow and not enough of them

Location is excellent. Rooms are very standard and cleanliness ok, nothing special. We stayed at the 7th floor where rooms were not renovated yet as they seem to be on some higher floors. The hotel is more like a 3 star not a 4 star hotel.

We went there in December 2011 and it was our second time. Excellent position in Kowloon - Tsimshatsui, rooms (we had a superior one on 7th floor) are good size, clean and modern. Very good bed linen and towels. Internet in room worked well. We didn’t have breakfast there. The staff is efficient and helpful. It is really at the end of a steep hill but it was not a problem for us. We recommend it and will return there next time.

The room was a good size and well appointed for the class of hotel and the price was reasonable for Hong Kong. Location was just what we wanted - walking distance to both the ferry to hk Island and the night market, plus Knutsford Terrace was very convenient for last drinks. Staff were friendly and the tip of using the lift to the carpark below the hotel (onto Knutsford Terrace) to avoid the worst of the steep hill to the hotel entrance was invaluable.
