I called ahead of time to request a double bed since my room was for two people when I was only traveling on my own, I didn't see any points in having two single beds (they did say they were to give me a two-single-bed room if I didn't request) so I think they were helpful. The room was kinda newly renovated and very clean. Staff at the reception and concierge were great, helpful and polite. They said on the website there's shuttle bus service between the airport and hotel, but I didn't know until the last minute that I had to pay for it and it wasn't cheap. I could have taken a taxi for pretty much the same price but I finally didn't cos after 14.5 hours flight, I was too tired to struggle and find where the taxi stand was and it was late at night as well. The hotel is on top of a steep road so the shuttle bus (which is actually a coach) couldn't go all the way up to the hotel, the driver could only drop me off in the middle of the steep road and I had to carry my suitcase to go uphill by myself. Believe me, after 14.5 hours flight, it was no fun doing that! I didn't like the breakfast buffet either. It's below average. |

Value for money accomodation. Helpful staff. Not too far from Tsim Sha Tsui MTR. Knutsford Tce is filled with restaurants and provides a good way to bypass several of the friendly tailors waiting on Kimberley RD. Free Wi-Fi in all rooms is a big plus - not many places in HK include this. |

I loved the fact that even though I was on a short holiday between two assignments I was able to work non stop since I had internet access and was able to keep in touch with all my associates without a problem. I was disappointed to see twin beds in our room as this meant that we would sleep separately...if a couple are in a room I would have assumed a double bed would be the norm unless separate beds had been asked for. |

the bed and pillows are very comfortable, the location is good, accessible to all places, mtr,restaurants,shops... i asked for a non smoking floor but they gave me a smoking floor and the smell in my room is unbearable since i have asthma, secondly unlike at hotel benito they replenish 2 bottles of complimentary mineral water everyday, in stanford they only supply the first night, considering i stayed for 3 nights... |

the location was fantastic - near to everything but slightly away from the madness. the room was excellent too - great bed and facilities! very very comfortable the free wireless internet meant to be available at the hotel did not ever work in our room. kept losing the connection. useless. rather don't offer it if it's not going to work. staff, although pleasant and friendly, did not always respond to requests. |

Close to the centre of Kowloon yet far from the rush and noise. Good bars and restaurants in the area. Staff could be much for friendly. AC was very weak and didn't cool the room at all. |

It is centrally located and the hotel staff are very welcoming. Yes. It is not fair to make guests pay for checking and sending e-mails. This should be included in the hotel services as is the case for the other hoteld I have been staying. |
