The hotel was situated more than 15 mins away from the nearest MTR as against your advertisement of a few mins away. (A few mins was not mentioned clearly) |

The neatness of the hotel and good service. It was relatively close to the shops and close to diners. The internet was overpriced and you can get free 20min wifi at macdonalds instead. However that is a 10min walk away. |

Very quiet and comfortable. A bit far to MTR subway station if by walk, but easy find taxi. Good service. No wifi, if we use, we have to bring the LP downstair to lobby until their restaurant closed, as found Wifi from restaurant. Needs improvement at this point! |

This is my second time there - it is much the same as last time, cleanliness was impressive as the linen was changed daily. The lifts are still a little inefficient |

It was a most convenient stay for our family. Reservation was without a hitch, access was no problem, food was great at the restaurant, ambiance is good for the family. Staff service has much room for improvement, they need to smile more. Otherwise they're very professional and accommodating. |

The room is clean and the receptionist is nice. It's convenient because it's near Metro station (about 10-15 minutes walk). Its windows face to the street which is noisy. |

Hotel staff were very accommodating and understanding. Good value of money. Clean rooms (i.e. everyday they change towels, tidy up the room). Although hotel's location is quite far from MTR stations, but it is very accessible to most of the buses that goes to TST or Kowloon MTR station (if your going to Disney or Airport). |

Hotel is rundown so much so the door stopper broke when accidentally stepped on it. Had to pay HK$150 for it, though I offered to repair it myself. Do not think that the door stopper cost that much. The room has a mouldy smell and the aircon is too cold, where my husband had an allergy attack. |

the room was quiet poor service from front des and not helpful. no services for assistance for tourist information. resteraunt is of a poor standard. no spa gym or massage facilities for relaxing. I guess you cater to local asians and can not be bothered to improve facilities to international standards |

eveything inside the hotel is okay, it's good value for your budget. But if you have a business trip, i think it's too far from MTR station, and take time. MTR is too far from hotel, and so difficult to find the bus for go to MTR. |

The hotel was really ok. Not beautiful but we didn´t expected it for that money. But it was clean and that was in our opinion the important thing. I read that some people complained about the distance to the subway stations. I can´t agree with that. We went to the Mong Kog station in about 10-15 minutes and with the taxi to the airport shuttle cost about 20-30 HKD. But we went very early (4 am) with the taxi to the airport which took about 30 minutes and cost also just 200 HKD (with taxi and airport shuttle we would have paid about the same price). So I can really recommend that hotel if you wish a simple (and very clean) hotel with a good value for money. But don´t exptect too much luxury. If I had more money I would have paid more for a luxury hotel. |

Room rates of ywca are about the lowest for a hotel with rooms of decent sizes -- larger than the previously named ymca at Yau Ma Tei -- now renamed The CityView (are rooms bigger now?) Though MTR is not nearby, bus transport is most convenient. Bus routes can be searched at www.centamap.com -- (provides an excellent map on HK) or ptes.td.gov.hk Lack of in-room internet service. Though wifi is available on the ground floor, one must withstand tortures lashed by unashamed patrons of the karaoke on the ground floor at nights. Strict adherence to check-out time at 12 noon without any consideration. Window-type airconds were noisy. |

There are three main aspects that I like from the hotel. Firstly, the price. The price can be considered cheap with a very good service. Secondly, the location. Though the location is not really in the heart of the city action, however it is easy to commute, and it is very safe. It is very easy to go to TST and Mongkok Station by bus. We can take 5M bus to Mongkok station just walk about 3 minutes from the hotel, take bus no.7 to TST from another bus stop about 5 minutes walk from the hotel. As an alternative, it is easy also to go around using MTR, just go to east mongkok station about 12 minutes walk. Lastly is the service, the hotel provide laundry room, so it is very convenient to wash the clothes. |

The cleanliness and basic necessaties that was provided. The hotel met the requirements for a comfortable, safe and best of all, the reasonable price The location and accessability. It is not advisable for elderly people and those who does not enjoy walking. You'd need to walk uphill to reach to the hotel and it's a fair distance to the nearest MTR, either Mongkok or Yau Ma Tei. It's more convenient to travel by bus though. |
