Comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. Small rooms yet sufficient storage space due innovative space-saving design; even a proper luggage bench is provided. Breakfast is excellent. 5-minute walk to MTR station. internet access is expensive. |

Within short walking distance to transport modes - bus and MTR. Booked 2 rooms - 2 A + 1 C and 2 A. For the 3 persons, was given a room for handicapped with 3 beds. Although good for bedding, wash basin was small and no shower screen for bathtub. Hence, toilet was all wet after bathing and there is a lingering foul smell from toilet bowl. |

Conveniently located near the MTR station. Nicely designed and confortable room. Lift waiting area is too small. Internet access should be made free. The room that I'm staying in is not child friendly - not carpeted. |

Location is heartland HK and is near the MTR, so its quite convenient to traval around. There also lots of good local eateries around the area. 1. We asked for a double bed, but the reception gave us 2 single beds. But we managed to change to a double bed when we inform the reception. The double bed we slept on is very uncomfortable. Seems like its a very old, overused mattress that sinks right at the centre. 2 persons sleeping on the bed will just naturally roll towards the center! They also tend to clean the rooms very late into the afternoons. We went out in the morning and came back way after lunch time and the room had still not been made. |

Modern style design I stayed there for 4 nights. The room smelt like a smoking room although I had specified that I wanted a non-smoking room. Although I had requested them to spray the air refreshener. but it didn't help. |

It was updated and modern. The "Magic" glass in bathroom is such a cool concept (my daughter & I had a great time playing peek-a-boo). Although rooms are small they are quite cozy and comfortable. Not too costly. I like that they offer slippers, bathroom amenities and robes! Room service ends at midnight. Not much around hotel. You have to walk about 5-10 minutes for anything "busy", such as restaurants. Although I specifically requested a queen bed since I was traveling/cosleeping with my 1 yr old infant I was given 2 twin beds. I had to push each bed a foot inwards and when I did, I discovered dirt and many dustbunnies on the carpet. Obviously the cleaners fail to vacuum just under the edges of the bed. This was quite disgusting, I had to place a towel on each side of the bed so when my infant gets in and out dust doesnt fly into the air and onto her feet. Parts of rooms were dusty but not too bad. Otherwise place was clean. |

Good service from the doorman/bell captain. However, lack of smiles from the front desk staff, especially a staff name Marcus. He was unfriendly. I always believe the front staffs who carry a warm smiles will create an excellent image for the hotel. The room is a bit small but modern design, value for money. Walking distance to MRT station. Hopfully the management will give further training to the receiption staffs. Smiles do not cost anything to the hotel but will definitely enhance the good image of the hotel when a customer walk into the hotel. |

I felt cheated. When booking on the net the terms and condition stated for additional bed it can be reqested free for children below 12 years old. My child is only 5 years and when ask for additional bed, they are charging me HKD400 + 10% service charge and upgrade me to a family suite. I told the staff I do not need and stated in my confirmation the additional bed is FOC why is there a charge now. He said it is the hotel policy, so I told the staff if this is the case I will request for another room as the price is the same as the additional bed but he refused and said that the hotel is full and requested that I pay for the additional bed which is different as what is stated in the T&C when I book the hotel through your website. |

New & value for money The shower area did not have a door so the water leaks out to the toilet area floor during shower. |
