Location, free bus to hk terminal
Size of room but it was hk standard
Nit near to MRT
not far from Metro station and shopping malls
room is to small
Reasonable value for money
Nothing in particular
Very noisy due to renovation works
The place is near to the market, however the hotel itself is small hallway not spacious, lift was always under maintenance, during our stay we cannot get a nap in afternoon because of the wall knocking. The bf selection was not great. Reception Staff was friendly and accommodating.
Front desk staff they able to gave us upgrade. Thanks!!!
Great location for getting about, 3 minutes walk from MTR station, & buses. Rooms are small but comfortable with all amenities, helpful staff & very good breakfast buffet.
Health club & top floor lounge not included in price, pay extra to use. No comfortable seating area/lounge.
The rooms were poorly lit, the length of the bed was short and the check in was very impersonal...
Pleasant hotel, good location to restaurants
bus to airport nearby
room a bit small
It is better if shower room with the whole door covered instead of half door.
The location is very convenient.
The staff was extremely useless. We booked the hotel more then one month beforehand and ask a good room for our parents as they never came to Hong Kong before. What they finally had is hard to consider a nice room. Staff did not even managed to make the bed properly. We missed the train because they did not simply informed us that the taxy station is right on the corner of the street, we were waiting for the taxi, together with the hotel staff for ages. The hotel, which is declared as a sea view has no sea view. At all. In general, it does not correspond the stars is has...
The security is good because you need a card to access to your level only.
Bathroom too small. Wi-Fi always unstable.
Location is good, plenty of eatery around. 7 minutes walk to MTR. Buses & Tram are less than 2 minutes walk.
Staffs are not that pleasant, no greetings if you walk into one. Elevator service is poor for a 30 story building. Only 3 elevators and one is always out of service. Might be reserve for internal use. Queue area for the elevator is crampy only 4 feet wide by 10-12 feet long. So if you’re waiting for an elevator make sure you tug your toes in and NO SANDALS, people coming off the elevator with their rolling luggage will run you over in the 4 feet space. Very large empty paperless lobby with an oversized ottoman and nothing else, I mean nothing, it’s not a typo. They don’t even promote their own restaurant so if it is not worth promoting then is not good enough for to eat there. The shower is fancy equipped with a rain shower and all glass enclosure. However, it leaks and the bottom of the shower enclosure has brown stain /mode, not well kept up. Better hotel management could probably turn it around. For the same price, there are better hotels in Hong Kong.
Breakfast. Room was good size
Beds a bit short. Shower leaked water into corridor
Had good bed, shower, hair dryer, plumbing, lighting,TV, wifi, security. Convenient airport shuttle at reasonable price. Helpful staff.
No instructions in room on how to turn on/off lights, temperture control, TV, hot water appliances. Frustrating for international traveler.
Reception are friendly . close to Causewaybay.
The last 3 days breakfast menu never change, the bowl and cup are not clean properly. lift corridor is dark, next room guest smoking and the smelly goes to our room. the hotel is opposite rubbish disposal and the room we stay is bit smelly hotel need to touch up, dark and dull. i dont think we will stay there again.
Great Location, the hotel is located near MTR just about 5 minutes walk and so many shops and restaurants surrounding
1.Very small bed just fit my height (163 Cm) 2.The house keeper wasn't provided the drinking water, coffee and tea bags as well as amenities on the last night of our stay !!!!
The room was reasonably sized and comfortable.
Bathroom design was terrible. The sink was small and the tap was too long causing water to splash over the edge of countertop and right beneath it were the toilet rolls which got wet. The shower cubicle had no door, just a short partition which did not allow the rain shower to be used as it would splash onto the toilet area. Just bad planning and design. Not a comfortable bathroom to use.
location, easy access to public transportation
- 5 mins from Tin Hou MTR station A1 - It is clean although it is not big
- There is a gap on the bathroom glass, it is somehow visible when you are bathing through a small gap - The room is actually small but the rate is really attractive
Location was near the Tin Hau MTR (3 mns walk). Don't be misguided by the name of hotel - it is not located in the Cuaseway bay. However, you can reach Causeway bay in 15 minutes by feet. There are many small restaurants around the hotel. The hotel staff were friendly and professional.
There was no closet in the room, so we had to search clothes out of lugagge. We asked the receptionist about the closet and he said that all rooms in the hotel are without the closet. I have stayed in many hotels in Hong Kong but this one was the noisiest - hum from the city cam through in spite of being located in the 18th floor. The bed was also too short (maybe 190 cm long). Water from shower spilled into the room. At arrival, one pillow was dirty but in generally, the cleaning lady was doing her job correctly.
the location is good and the traffic nearby is convinient.
The room is very small and the lobby is crowded.
