Sugerimos que nos dieran una habitación en una planta alta y de 25 plantas nos dieron la 16 ¡¡alucinantes vistas los rascacielos de la Isla de Hong Kong!!! Habitaciones un poco pequeñas, pero suficientes, confortables y con todas las comodidades. |

La localizacion....y las vistas...... LAamoqueta no estaba repasada todo ls dias..mas bien ninguno...el horario de la piscina insuficiente.....tendria de durar mas.Los botones esperan siempre propina incluso a veces haciendo gestos de desprescio una vez se giraban.........En el bar estuvimos casi 15 minutos en los que eramos los unicos en el local y los dos camareros en la barra y fueron incapaces de venir atendernos......Deberian segun mi opinion tendrian de tener enchufes universales......y free wifi....Gracias |

Está muy bien situado. Cerca de zonas de compras y de marcha nocturna, el metro no está nada lejos y por la noche hay mucho movimiento por la zona. Vovería a ese hotel si volviese a la ciudad Los de la cafetería son extremadamente lentos y no muy atentos, apenas hablan inglés, pero siempre se puede señalar. El desayuno no es inolvidable |

Location is good - not far from MTR. Rooms extremely small. We stayed there for 4 nights and room was not cleaned properly. Staff dont understand English. This is not a four star hotel. |

A very convenient location. An excellent breakfast buffet. A reliable and thorough daily room cleaning service. Also, the tidying of the room was appreciated because the twin room occupied is relatively small. A comfortable bed and a reasonably quiet room. The availability of a swimming pool. The temporary provision of certain gymn facilities on the 23rd floor, from where an excellent view of the harbour was enjoyed. The size of the room is smaller than has been found available in an equivalent hotel within the Western District of Hong Kong, for instance but this disadvantage was found to be offset through superior location. The Dinner buffet on my first Saturday night was not enjoyed and compared less well to alternative venues nearby with regard to the quality and range of cuisine, commitment of catering staff on duty and value for money. |

Very good location, easy excess to shopping I hate the old style hairdryer in the bathroom and on the wall.. gets hot easily, takes long long time to dry our hair,worst of all no one can use the bathroom for other purpose while drying the hair!!! |

Very poor sound proof! I have been waken up by various guests when they closed their doors! And I can hear so clearly about any converstaions outside my room! It is not a good choice for light sleepers! |

The rooms are dirty dirty and dirty. The executive rooms are not better than the standard rooms!!! Breakfast was okay. The people at the Hotel CAN NOT SPEAK ENGLISH well. |

The front desk staff proposed to upgrade my original booking of standard twin room to a suite at an additional cost of 1x my room charges with free extra bed for 3rd person and free unlimited internet. I declined the offer and was still given the room upgrade at no additional cost but without the extra bed and internet. It came as a surprise and was happy with the upgraded room. The room is clean and spacious with nice harbor view! There is no free internet in the room and it has a strong tobacco smell when I 1st stepped in. I hope they could offer free internet or charge it at a minimal cost cos their internet charges is expensive. As for the room, I hope they could at least spray some air freshener after every cleaning. |

The room and service was excellent, and the location is great with only 30meters to Knutsford terace (bars & restaurants) and shopping centres quiet close. I thought the Breakfast in the morning (as I had booked not included) - but when there with a business partner for a "Buffet" was rather expensive (325 HK$) for two - better to go to a local place next time... |

I cam early morning at 6 but they did not allow to me to make check in althowi was comeing from a flight 11 hours and so tired.They let me in the lobby for 5 hours with my bag. The rooms are small. |

The staff were polite. The room is very small, pool is disappointing and it is actually quite walking distance away from the nearest MTR. The new Hotel Benito nearby is nearer to the MTR and it is cheaper too. |
