Παιδιά κι επιπλέον κρεβάτια
Όλα τα παιδιά κάτω των 12 ετών διαμένουν χωρίς χρέωση όταν χρησιμοποιούν το υπάρχον κρεβάτι.
Όλα τα παιδιά κάτω των 2 ετών διαμένουν χωρίς χρέωση σε βρεφικές κούνιες.
Όλα τα μεγαλύτερα παιδιά ή ενήλικες χρεώνονται HKD 220,00 ανά νύχτα και ανά άτομο για επιπλέον κρεβάτια.
Η μέγιστη χωρητικότητα για επιπλέον κρεβάτια/βρεφικές κούνιες σε ένα δωμάτιο είναι 1 .
Κάθε επιπλέον κρεβάτι πρέπει να ζητηθεί και να γίνει επιβεβαίωση από το ξενοδοχείο.
Οι επιπρόσθετες παροχές δεν υπολογίζονται αυτόματα στο τελικό ποσό και πρέπει να πληρωθούν ξεχωριστά στο ξενοδοχείο.

Nice and clean rooms, not too small. Breakfast is good for a small price. The location is very nice but a bit uphill. |

The hotel room was spacious by HK's standard.can easily fit up to 3 adults with extra bed. space for luggage and clothes. excellent shower. complete amenities, tea/coffee making facilities with bar fridge. central-can walk downhill all the way to harbour but uphill walk back too tiring. park& save nearby,convenient. botanical gardens&zoo just opposite. value for $$ compared to other hotels nearby hard bed |

Changed my room when asked as it did not match my perception of my booking ( first offered poor view, lower floor) No, my change of room request was dealt with promptly and the staff were friendly and professional. |

The room was spacious for the price, and had a nice view of the park next door. Staff was helpful and pleasant. The location is excellent, situated between two parks and easy walking distance from lots of shopping, as well as the convention center. It was very quiet at night. The internet fee was a little high, and the connection was a bit slow. |

The hotel upgraded our room to suite. The view from our room is good. Suite room is spacious. The upgraded suite room was never in a functional mode. The aircon regulator in the room was not functioning. The baththub was choking and long strain of hairs can be found on the bed and in baththub. No hairdryers were provided. Part of the ceiling in the bathroom has collapsed. |

Quiet, Good value for the money, and breakfast was included. The staff were curteous and helpful, and the room was clean. Lack of hotel shuttle to take us to downtown areas. Taxis are available most times, but not all times, and one cannot make a reservation for a taxi. |

Nice clean and modern room. Good, modestly priced Chinese restaurant on premises. Very convenient location, walking distance to Central, SoHo and lan Kwai districts. Bus and taxi services at door and good supermarket around corner. Basic (superior) rooms are small. OK for one person, but would be tight for 2 persons with luggage. |

rooms was cleaned daily, close to central, friendly staff, clean just the steep hill walking back to hotel after shopping in central but wasn't too bad. As taxi was quite cheap. |

so far we are very familiar with the location and its very convenient for us to shop around hongkong and also finish our business transactions. nothing except there is no such thing as garden view, what we saw is another bldg in front of our rooms. |

It was central for everything we wanted to do and close to all the local transport facitities which was good when travelling into the New Territories hiking etc. Very high laundry costs |

The hotel is very conveniently located to the downtown - just 10 minutes by taxi to the exhibition center and to downtown. And it is situated in the quite place near the wonderful garden. The staff is very friendly and ready to help. The breakfast is good - there are many dishes to choose and really good natural coffe ))) So in case I will go to Hongkong for business again I will prefer to stay in this hotel again. |

An excellent place to stay when travelling for business on a budget. Easy access to Central and Pacific Place. The broadband connection was a little slow at times and the shower available to travellers leaving HK on a night flight could be a little more salubrious. |

It stratigically located quite near causeway bay where I usually do my business trips, and meetings, quite close to Time Square too! Another thing is that catching a taxi cab was so easy! |

I must say the hotel was very clean, and the location is great. No all the staff speaks spanish. The restaurant does not serve international food. The rooms have no adaptors to plug america's devices and there is no wifi. |

Email response is good. Cafeteria has good value for money meals. For the mini bar, I wish you will not replace the drinks or at least allow us to replace them. I had gone out to buy back the drinks. But found your cleaner had replaced them and I had to pay a charge that was more than what I'd bought at the supermarket. |

We arrived late due to flight delay. My daughter asked for a room with twin beds but at that time all of them were occupied. They upgraded us to a suite room without extra charge with queen size bed and sofa bed. It was an amazing service from the staff. We were very pleased. |

The hotel was clean and comfortable except for the beds, they were a bit hard. The internet was slow, sometimes intermittant.and had to be restarted twice a day. |
