Rude staff, dirty room and bath, broken faucet in the shower.

Value for money, room small but with all facilities.

The complicated way of credit card payment, e.g. the person that book must be the person that stay or else other credit card must be given. What if someone else wants to pay for my room?

Offer of a suite on arrival. Friendly staff at checkin, particularly one staff member who went out of his way to detail public transport to/from the city.

Distance from nearest MTR station. Poor quality of breakfast; this aspect of the hotel was the most negative feature, along with "unusual" restaurant set-up. Unnecessarily expensive wi-fi access.

Room was good and cozy. Got what we were looking for. Cost is also fine

Great view from the hotel (we had deluxe room), just about 15 mins walking to Central and Admiralty metro stations. The same time walking to Soho district, where you can find night restaurants, bars, night clubs. Tram to peak Victoria is very near. There is an open-air swimming pool on the 8th floor wit water level 140sm max. Housekeping is very effective and friendly. There is an opportunity to make tea in the room. Surermarket is downstairs, open till 22.00.

We liked the location.We liked the price . We liked the food ,the service and the staff. Every where it was spotlessly clean.We would love to return.

Size of beds too small, shower miniscule and too low. No childrens tv, hardly any english tv. No wifi in rooms, very bad.

The rooms were small but neat and clean. Also, the location was excellent and the place is well connected to the mtr via buses.

I thought that absence of internet in the room was a big disadvantage

Always one of the best deals for a decent size room in Hkg. Gym and pool is nice plus. Across from the park (note all hkg gov parks have free wifi and its quick). Supermarket in basement of building next door.

Wifi costs 100hkg per day. Some people find the hotel location difficult but you can remedy this with public transport taking buses up and down the hill starting at admiralty mtr station. Bus 12a takes 3 stops up n few other buses take you down. Taxis are usually available if your not comfortable with mass transit..

The hospitality and caring of staff and quiteness of place so that for business you have enough time to think and implement.

Being asked to wait in reception on checking out whilst the staff 'checked' my room. It felt like an accusation that I had done something wrong and left me with a bad taste. First time I have ever been asked - and I stay in 15-20 hotels a year.

Location was excellent and for the price the room was good. There are two buses/minibus that gets you to central in 5-10minutes!

Payed for internet connection in the room because I had to work. It was incredibly slow and didn't work half the time. Made simple browsing basically impossible. For a hotel is Hong Kong is this completely unacceptable. Wireless should be provided as standard!

In walking distant to Hong Kong Park and the Peak Railway. Easy access to attractions and shopping malls.

The location is one of the best to get around in Hong Kong - an easy walk to central, a short drive to Star Ferry Pier, just 5 min. walk to the Peak Tram, 2 min walk to the wonderful Botanical Garden. The breakfast buffet and the staff's friendliness also has to be emphasized as excellent!

Too small bathroom

The view of our room was so amazing that we slept every night with the curtains open. The location was really good. Close to the zoo, botanical garden, hong kong park. The staff served us in all our requests.

Something that didn't bother me but some people can complain is the fact that the hotel is up to hill. But the taxi is not expensive and there's a bus that stop really close to the hotel.
