Personel güler yüzlü ve yardımsever,şehir merkezine yakın,yürüyerek de şehir merkezine rahatlıkla ulaşılabilir olması avantaj.

Katlarda ücretsiz wi-fi olmalı,resepsiyonda otel ile ilgili bilgi verilmeli,otelin çevresi ,önemli mekanlara yakınlığı,varsa gidilebilecek turlar, ziyeret edilebilecek yerlerle ilgili broşürler bulundurulmalı.

Odaların temizliği ve dizaynı çok güzel .Konumu çok merkez de değil ama ulaşmak da zor değil.Bir daha gitsem aynı oteli tercih ederim.

The hotel room was spacious by HK's standard.can easily fit up to 3 adults with extra bed. space for luggage and clothes. excellent shower. complete amenities, tea/coffee making facilities with bar fridge. central-can walk downhill all the way to harbour but uphill walk back too tiring. park& save nearby,convenient. botanical gardens&zoo just opposite. value for $$ compared to other hotels nearby

The room was spacious for the price, and had a nice view of the park next door. Staff was helpful and pleasant. The location is excellent, situated between two parks and easy walking distance from lots of shopping, as well as the convention center. It was very quiet at night.

The internet fee was a little high, and the connection was a bit slow.

Quiet, Good value for the money, and breakfast was included. The staff were curteous and helpful, and the room was clean.

Lack of hotel shuttle to take us to downtown areas. Taxis are available most times, but not all times, and one cannot make a reservation for a taxi.

the room has a nice view of the city. it has complete facilities too.the staff were very helpful. i really enjoyed my stay here. ill surely comeback in this hotel.

so far we are very familiar with the location and its very convenient for us to shop around hongkong and also finish our business transactions.

nothing except there is no such thing as garden view, what we saw is another bldg in front of our rooms.

It was central for everything we wanted to do and close to all the local transport facitities which was good when travelling into the New Territories hiking etc.

An excellent place to stay when travelling for business on a budget. Easy access to Central and Pacific Place.

The broadband connection was a little slow at times and the shower available to travellers leaving HK on a night flight could be a little more salubrious.

I must say the hotel was very clean, and the location is great.

No all the staff speaks spanish. The restaurant does not serve international food. The rooms have no adaptors to plug america's devices and there is no wifi.
